They repaired a small area over our covered porch, and it looks like they did a good job, but they left it with the white mastic smeared on top of the shingles in a couple of places. It shows from the upstairs windows. They also called to say they were on their way when they had not yet returned our call to schedule a time. My husband got them to come later when we would be home, but we were not impressed with their professionalism.

Hi neighbors! I have a water leak after the recent rain and called Transition Roofing on the recommendation of a friend down south. Mac was thorough, methodical, took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. He came out and took a look, no charge! David is such a refreshing option to work with. He talks to you like a normal human being, giving you all the information necessary when deciding who to go with for potential work. For my job I talked to a lot of people before committing, and most of them never called me back. When they did, they weren't very accommodating or way under/over priced which was suspicious. This is the second time I've worked with Transition Roofing and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They were fast (worked on a weekend!), dependable, and fairly priced.

David came out and gave me a fair estimate compared to the two other companies I received quotes from and I felt very comfortable with his level of experience. My roof was completed in the time stated and my yard was perfectly clean compared to my friends that just had their roof repaired. I don't know much about roofs and I'm not going to get up on the ladder in heels, but I am confident in his work and know if I have any problems he is happy to stand by his work.
