I have used them twice (one for my house, and once for my neighbor's house), and both times they did the work for the estimate they quoted with no hidden fees, surprises, or run-arounds. Best part? Neither of our roofs leak anymore.

These folks are so responsive and kind. I reached out to them for an insurance claim on my roof after all the recent storms. I spoke with Nick who literally has taught me everything I know about roofing and roofing accessories (Hank Hill joke). He took time to walk me through the specs on their materials and what materials I needed to avoid. What was quality and what wasn't. Warranties, ridges, and etc; the works. His care and consideration to inform me so that I knew exactly what I was getting and the ""why"" behind it. If you are looking at getting roofing work, you can't go wrong with this one. Nick was great!! He gave us an exact estimate and time (something others were not able to do with certainty). Following hail damage, I hired them to repair roof on my house (home for 21 yrs); insurance covered 98%. Previous to work being initiated, I asked to have a ridge vent cut /covered. This was not done. They removed 2 functioning attic fans and added 4 new attic fans but they did not run the electrical wire to make them functional. Also, one of the new fans had not been securely installed -required another visit.
The vent pipe for the hot water heater was not installed correctly. The vent pipe had pierced a small plumbing line (ice maker) and this resulted in flooding of garage and drywall damage to hot water heater closet. This required another 2 visits to repair dry wall damage. They did Not repair the damaged water line and their failure to secure the vent pipe has led to an infestation of mice in me attic & garage
