Following hail damage, I hired them to repair roof on my house (home for 21 yrs); insurance covered 98%. Previous to work being initiated, I asked to have a ridge vent cut /covered. This was not done. They removed 2 functioning attic fans and added 4 new attic fans but they did not run the electrical wire to make them functional. Also, one of the new fans had not been securely installed -required another visit.
The vent pipe for the hot water heater was not installed correctly. The vent pipe had pierced a small plumbing line (ice maker) and this resulted in flooding of garage and drywall damage to hot water heater closet. This required another 2 visits to repair dry wall damage. They did Not repair the damaged water line and their failure to secure the vent pipe has led to an infestation of mice in me attic & garage

Very professional and straightforward. They could have easily sold me a new roof, but suggested some very minor repairs instead. I had no problem scheduling the job -- a lot of communication was over text, which was very convenient. They showed up on time, did good work, and quickly sent copies of the paid invoice. I will hire them again a few years from now when I need the full job completed. Highly recommend Transcendent.

Awesome job! Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Michael did our initial roof inspection and found holes and other issues the other 4 inspections missed. He was polite, removed his shoes inside the house (even though I told him they were fine to keep on) and of COURSE wore a mask! They had the absolute best pricing, too. The work crew showed up early in the day (7:30 am) and were done by 4:30. They took extra time to clean the whole perimeter afterwards. Then Michael did a final inspection with a drone and magnets to find any nails/staples. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace one of the most costly investments home owners have to make.
