This company was hired to replace my roof almost 4 months ago. There were several soft spots in the sheeting underneath that were written into the contract to replace. The crew tried to lay the roof over those without replacing them and, had I not been watching pretty closely and climbed the ladder, got on the roof and asked them to remove the underlayment and then sat and watched while they repaired the places I don't think it would have been done. Then immediately after the job was done the entire porch had wrinkles everywhere ranging in height from about 1"" to over 3"". The owner said that was normal but that he would immediately come back and fix it. Well almost 4 months later and multiple phone calls and nothing. The owner talks like he's the best roofer around but he totally sucks

I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Although Trademark had worked on our roof before, they did not show up for a week, although saying every day they would be there. When they finally did show up, the crew did not know what they were supposed to do and started randomly shingling over the existing shingles on the roof. When my husband called the office, they said they would ""pull that crew off the job and get a better crew out the next day."" However, no one has showed up since and there are bags of tiles all over our roof and a dumpster in the driveway, despite the woman in the office claiming that the owner would come out personally to pick up their materials. I don't see how this company stays in business if this is how they treat customers- especially repeat customers!

Trademark repaired and later re-roofed my previous house for a total of around 8,000 in revenue and did a good job on both. I called them and mentioned that I was a repeat customer and told them that I needed a roofer to check out a leak in a house I have under contract. They said that they charge 195 for roof inspections and could have someone out today.

Hello- Why would I pay you to check out a house I don't yet own when I've already hired you twice before and would most likely hire you for this job? One of their competitors was more than happy to help me out, so guess who I will call in the future...

I have several rentals and rehabs. They have worked on at least 3 homes, 2 repairs and 1 complete roof. I have been more than satisfied with the work, timeliness, and customer services. I will call them again and again.

Trademark did work on my roof in Nov 2014 and the number one reason I chose them was because the 5yr warranty they presented offered which included interior repairs due to a leak. In Oct 2015 a leak occurred and it took Trademark 4 weeks to come to make the repair after 2 no show appointments and no call to say they would not come. It is more I can say but as a result I was told (after a second return in Jan 2016 to repair what was supposed to have been repaired in Nov 2015) by Eric, the owner, they will not come back for any repairs because I live in Hampton and it is a place known for high winds and they consider it an act of God and BTW the interior damage was not covered by the warranty. Therefore, I would not recommend this company to any one. Workmanship obviously was poor and the warranty IS NOT WORTH the paper it is written on.

I also got a quick initial response and a reasonable quote. But then, Eric would not return my calls after I asked him the next day to schedule the work! And, even then, he pretended not to remember who I was from the previous day. LOL Crazy!

Trademark Roofing did an excellent job. I had my roof replaced about 13 years ago and had to have it patched multiple times since then. I had a traveling leak that eluded previous repairman and I suspected I needed a new roof. I called Trademark and true to there ad, they gave a free quote to me, and did so within 48 hrs of my call.

Trademark was 1 of 4 quotes I sought. Trademark's quote fell in the middle. I chose them because they were able to get to the job super quick, they offered a warrenty, and they have a professional business approach. The company that gave me the cheapest quote was actually an individual who could not give a warrenty, had a small crew, and couldn't start until weeks later. The company that had the most expense quote was a reputable company that I believe had a lot of overhead and used subcontractors. One roofing company couldn't give me a quote unti late Feb.

Rain did delay the job by 2 days, but my house has a flat part, and I understood that, actually preferred the delayed start. If you want the work done right, and if it rains, be patient. The work on my 1600 Sq ft home was done in 2 days and it looks great. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Trademark Roofers!

I got a reasonable estimate from this company but he never showed up as scheduled nor returned any of my phone calls. Sometimes things happen for a good reason. For the same price I got another more reliable and professional company to do the work and it was done to my satisfaction. They've done additional work for me with good results and with consistent integrity. I'm glad Trademark messed up!!!!.

When I called for an estimate I was impressed at how quickly the contractor identified the source of the leak in my roof. The problem came when I called to schedule the job. He said he'd call me once his crew was available but he never followed through. I called back several times to try to schedule the job and each time he told me he'd be out the next day, then never showed up and never called back. If it's this hard to get him to do the job before payment, I can only imagine how hard it would be to get him to come back out if I had any problems during the warranty period.

Trademark has worked on 3 different homes for me (2 needing repairs and one full replacement) and they have done a wonderful job each time. In both repair cases, they were able to fix a long standing problem that other roofers where unable to I highly recommend them.
