Great job with zero complaints, their rep Josh did a outstanding job working with the insurance company. The crew that preformed the work was very quick, efficient, and most importantly keep everything clean. I did not find any debris, nails, or trash once all of the work was completed.

I was really impressed by the reviews on this company. They answered the phone professionally and sent out a nice young man to give me an evaluation. I then Received a call my the rep informing me that the quote was a little high given that they used a sub for the work I needed. The quote was 38 a ft to replace a drip edge, making the cost of $5000 for the 145 ft I needed replaced. I was surprised as the rep said this was an easy job and would be done in a day .Since this was above my budget I asked how much to do the front of my house as it was the worst spot,the then quoted me for the 30 ft job $2500 ,what 20% of the footage and half the price of then entire house! I asked why they jumped from $38 a ft to $88 a foot and did not get an ans,
I then asked to speak with the owner of which the rep replied you do not get to speak to the owner because I do not like the quote.
I called the main office and asked for the owner of which they were reluctant to give me his name. The name is available on line so I did not understand their hesitation.
I have been in business for over 35 years and I have Never turned down a request to talk to any of my customers or potential customers . Why would an owner of a business refuse the opportunity to speak to a potential customer? So it has been a week since my request and zero response from the owner or his company.
Given this company behavior I had no choice but to give them this reviewed.
I know if the customer service is bad before you give them your money it will not be good after they have it.
Shame I wanted to use them based on initial impression.

We were very happy with our salesman from Trademark, Ryan Zak. He was very knowledgeable concerning the materials and the steps that would take place keeping us updated and checking in while they were doing the job. Also giving us background on the company itself. The roofing team was quick in rip and replace. Picked up their trash and even took the pile of shingles that we had collected from Ian. I have recommended them and will continue to.

It took Trademark Roofing 3.5 months to re-roof our home. They miscalculated the resources necessary. The additional delays permitted additional damage to our interior ceiling from new leaks. During these three + months we were never notified whether they would show up or not. However, our biggest disappointment was the total disregard to our property shown by the installation crew and by the lack of communication and failure to repair by their local manager, John Bottensek. Metal roof debris as well as blue weatherproofing and rust colored paint fell everywhere. They failed to properly protect exposed surfaces and caused much damage, specifically:
Our new travertine porch was deeply scratched from flying metal and stained from blue waterproofing material as well as rust colored roof paint.
A column in the porch had a corner torn off, again from flying metal parts.
A concrete planter from West Elm, purchased for $399 plus taxes and shipping, was also damaged from flying metal that ricocheted off the column. Although we removed the large metal part, the manager indicated damage by the workers was impossible due to its location.
Debris and roofing nails fell down the exhaust fan chute and is still unusable after four months.
Blue and rust colored stains were left in our driveway and outside walls of the house.
Clean up was difficult since stuff was strewn about a half acre.
Three members of our household had roofing nails go through their shoes.
After two months and without calling us to confirm, Mr. Bottensek incorrectly unilaterally declared all damages were repaired. They repaired the column but the repair was substandard as it is not smooth against the existing plaster, and needs to be refinished.
In summary, customer service, protection of existing property, timely communication on progress, a well trained crew as regards placement of roof and other garbage is absent or severely substandard. It has been a nightmare we do not wish on anyone else.

After meeting John, Trademark's sales person, we were persuaded to visit their office behind B. J.'s, in Cape Coral, Fl. While there, we met the owner?, .... at least he said he was, (Doug), refused to answer any questions concerning the cost of the material we that we liked. We were led to believe the roofing material was, off shore, high tech. manufacture, not easily available, and somehow affiliated with Owens- Corning. Further research, proved this to be untrue. The shingles are called Tilcor, Stone coated roofing; manufactured, by: Mc Elroy Metal, Headquarters in Shreveport, La. with locations, and availability through out the southeast, and mid-west. Our Direct questions about actual roofing material, per- square costs, how packaged, how shipped, were avoided, along with average per- square labor costs, for a standard hip roof of 45 squares. After four attempts to establish the material costs, we were told by Doug, ""I'm NOT gonna tell you""; we don't price it that way, we price it as an overall job! As we were walking out the door we were told: $900.00 to over $1,100, per Square; ( which would make the total around $50,000), or about 2-3 times what the roof should cost. SUMMARY: During the past 55 years, I've built, remodeled, roofed, re-roofed quite a few of my own homes; and I firmly believe that these folks are in the OVER-CHARGING, if not Price Gouging business. I decided to check the reviews; (after leaving as annoyed as I was), only to find one other local review, from Cape Coral,& it is not a good review. ....only a couple of older, reviews from out of town, & of state. I wonder if these folks would like to be treated this way if they were in someone else's place of business? I doubt they'll be around for the long term.
They will never do any roofing work on any of my homes.

The company Has a very rude manager a partner whatever he is his name is John he was very rude our roof was put on backwards upside down they had to flip it over then they just touched it up instead of doing it correctly it's a lousy job and they have been paid in full but to be honest with you I would never use them because they will not come out and corrected the customer is not always right at least in their eyes. Don't use this roofing company

I just purchased a home in Punta Gorda, the previous roof was replaced after Hurricane Charlie and was in need of repair. My initial round of estimates from 7 local roofers were all within $1000 of each other for a shingle roof, all the estimates were from 4-5 star roofers, Trademark went the extra mile with continued follow-up, a call from the owner to discuss my thoughts and matched their competitors bid. Not only that, but when I was lamenting that I really wanted a metal roof my salesman Clay said it might not be as high as I thought since it was a smaller house, 1150 square feet, their bid was 4K less than my initial bid from another company which got me thinking I had to stay with the shingles. The work was timely and the clean up was thorough. I'm glad I did the research to find the right roofer and would recommend Trademark to friend and family.

Good Company. Very reliable. Passed inspections the first time every time. Fair price. Responsive if I had any questions or concerns. I am glad I used Trademark Roofing to repair all IRMA roof damages to my home and barn. I would absolutely recommend them!!!
