I would definitely do business with them again. I was a little hesitant at first, due to the lack of communication follow-up from the front office. However, after talking w/Robbie and him explaining that she was dealing with personal issues, I decided to give 'em a second chance.
Glad I did! Robbie was constantly communicating and kept me in the loop on everything. He was a very chill dude and very personable. They were the best bid, pricing wise--for the work that I was getting.
The original date for the work kept getting put off. But in the interest of an ""element"" controlled business, I had to respect that it was out of their control. However, Robbie did offer to cover my roof, as a temp fix, if it rained (until they could do the replacement).
Overall...glad I choose Trademark!

I signed a contract back in mid September and paid a deposit and have yet to get a schedule date for a roof replacement. Although I am not a huge corporation, I still deserve the courtesy of a phone call, email or something to get my project on the schedule. This is my home and my investment that I'm trying to protect and I realize that it is a busy season but so are all seasons!

Chad and his crew really came through for us when we started experiencing a pretty severe leak. It turned out that we had several rotten joists. Not only did Chad diagnose the issues and present the various options, he wrapped it securely to get us through a series of storms. Once the weather cleared, Chad's shingle crew came and, in one day, they demoed, replaced joists, and replaced the whole roof. They cleaned so well, we couldn't tell the next day any work had been done, other than the sparkling new roof. Getting roofing work done is never a fun process, but if you have to do it, these guys know their stuff.

I had this company do a lot of work. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get the job finished because they have better things to do. My last experience was them doing some unauthorized work on a rental then not being able to produce paperwork documenting the work actually done. Then the owner got rude with me when I kept asking for the job information. I've had problems with this tenant producing questionable documentation for charges. Was very disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of this company. Made me wonder if they were involved with a scam.

This company was referred by a friend and I was hesitant to use them given their reviews. However, I needed a roofer to replace the shingles that were removed after I had some dry rot repairs made. That company was horrible to work with and the roofer they recommend was a flake. I called Ray Ragsdale at Trademark and he immediately responded. He also found that my dry rot repairs still hadn't been completed. He was patient and helpful while I dealt with the other company to correct and complete their work. Once they were done, Ray had a crew promptly come out and repair my roof. The company was also able to secure a larger roofing job with my neighbors. I really appreciated his help and flexibility. Now all my repairs are done!

I needed to replace a roof on a rental property. Trademark was competitively priced. They were referred by a friend and they delivered on time. The roof looks good. The real test will be when the rain comes again!

Did not arrive for estimate appointment. Three tries later, they finally made it out. The guy was really cool and knowledgeable, but getting the estimate from the owner was like pulling teeth, and they wanted to sign a contract binding us to use their services without even setting a work date. After they allowed us to bypass that requirement, they never showed up for the job and nearly two weeks after the work window started, they finally responded to my phone calls and e-mails with another ""emergency"" excuse. After explaining my frustration and asking for a modest discount to compensate, their response was ""Sorry for the inconvenience . It would be best if you found another company.""

When a few shingles blew off my roof in a windstorm, I called 3 or 4 companies and this was the only one that answered the phone. The guy who came out to give me an estimate was great, showing me pictures of the issues along with his recommendations. He handed me a very large folder of advertising and legal information which I didn't appreciate and promptly recycled. The estimate was quite expensive, but I decided to move forward anyway since other companies hadn't returned my calls. The 3 guys who showed up to do the work didn't seem to know what they were doing ~ they said they were here to fix the leak, even though I didn't have a leak. When I asked if they knew what needed to be done, they weren't very reassuring. When they finished the work, they told me they took photos of the finished work I could request from their boss. When I received the invoice, I promptly requested pictures of the completed work and only received them after multiple requests and making it clear that I needed to see them before I would pay. The photos weren't very good and showed work that was somewhat questionable. The roof seems ok for now, but the workers who came out didn't inspire my confidence and the cost was high.

We have lived in a 36 year old house with a tile roof since it was new. From day one the roof leaked during windy storms due to no sheathing under the tile. The rain was blown up the tiles and dripped onto the ceiling. We had finally had enough. In addition, an outbuilding needed roofed to match the house and attached garage.
After investigating several competing estimates we decided to work with Trademark Roofing because the owner's manner and demeanor reflected professionalism and efficiency. The estimate was quite reasonable and well within our budget in addition to being lower than most of the others. We were extremely pleased with the choice and the service far, far exceeded expectations.
The roof sagged in several places due to the weight of the tiles over the years. Trademark corrected the sagging areas and re-engineer the front deck to produce a level covering. Much extra materials and labor were necessary to get it right. The owner insisted on producing an inventive, quality, and long-lasting fix regardless of the costs. This superior work was done all within the original estimate.
The work crew labored diligently and appeared to enjoy the work environment. My opinion is that this reflects the excellent management style and devotion to quality work that is the hallmark of the owner, Chad Ariza.
