Awful experience with this company. It has taken them twice the time to complete the project because, every other day they don't show up. House is a mess and my project manager told me several times that the project will be completed the next business day. Neither he or his team showed up today, yet again, and I took the day off to wait for them at the house. Now he is not picking up my calls! Communication is terrible as most workers speak no English and do not understand simple requests. They go around slapping paint on everything, painting around light covers and OVER door hinges. Unprofessional, unvonvenient, unreliable. These are the words that describe them.

Called this company to inspect a leak over our garage in March. Was given an estimate on fixing the roof, the drywall ceiling, and some molding on the roof around March 15th. From that point on it was very difficult to get in touch with them. They did not return calls, texts, or emails in a timely manner. When they were scheduled to come to the house for anything they were late or did not show...and not one time did we get any kind of notice or a rescheduled appointment offer or just some kind of courtesy call. We had to chase them down and get them to reschedule! They came out once for about 30 minutes in April to fix the roof and we have not see them since! We have left repeated emails and voice mails to them to find out when the rest of the job will be completed. Finally was able to get in touch with them on 05/17/16, we were told then that previously a scheduled appointment from a week ago was missed because the roofer just forgot about it. We were told for the first time on the 17th, that they cannot find the molding piece they need to fix our roof. It was not mentioned at anytime prior to this...again no communication from the roofer to us! We were also told that the molding piece isn't really needed, so it's not big deal. Maybe I'm wrong, but that sounds to me like you essentially admitted that you were trying to charge us with parts and labor that is NOT NEEDED. Now that is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! So the roofer basically said since we have paid half already and I can't get that unnecessary molding piece, lets call it even and the job will be completed, you don't pay me anymore. When asked about when they would be fixing the water damaged drywall in the garage, we were told at this point that they were not contracted to fix the stained and water damaged drywall ceiling, they were just going to basically slap some paint on it. Per the contract we agreed upon...they were supposed to fix the damaged ceiling, putting paint on water damaged drywall does NOT FIX IT! There is still roofing materials in my driveway and they have been there for about a month, even though they apparently have fixed the leak and wouldn't need those materials anymore! The roofer finally decided to start calling AFTER we told them we were done with them and will NOT need their services anymore and left reviews for them. It's too late for that...if you cannot provide good and consistent customer service until after you've made a mistake and I've told you we're done working with you, then at point it's nothing but lip service and means nothing! I'll take my business elsewhere and along with my money!

I'm very disappointed in this company! It was like pulling teeth to get an estimate out of these guys, getting them to call me back, getting them out to my home to fix my roof. Finally they came and completed HALF the work. A month later I still never heard from them. I called, left messages, voicemails, and heard nothing from them. Who starts a project only to NOT finish it?! Finally after leaving them an email they call me back and say they couldn't find the part they needing to finish fixing my roof. Could you have not called me to tell me that or kept me in the loop?! I even called the manager who did call me back and he said he would take care of everything, but never heard back from him again either. This company is a joke! The worst experience I've had! Poor communication, disprespect to customers, poor customer service, inefficent, not timely, can't multitask. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
