Idiot from T&R Roofing stopped by one day & asked if I wanted an estimate on my roof. I was thinking about a metal roof, so I thought why not. Next thing I know the moron is walking around on my 12/12 pitch roof. I didn't really think too much about it until the next time the wind got up & some of my shingles blew off. After looking at them, I could tell that they were torn loose downward from someone walking on them, not upward like they would be if the wind caught them & tore them off. Have had to repair my roof several times now & never had any issues until that jerk walked around on my roof. Advise: If anyone from any roofing company ever asks you if you want an estimate, tell them they can give you an estimate without getting on your roof. Jackasses

Tommy and his team at T&R Roofing provided a smooth path for us by working with the insurance company, and managing the entire project.

We had leaks that damaged the interior, but we didn't know how extensive the damage was until T&R assessed a possible repair. They did all the interaction with our insurance company and negotiated a full repair.

Tommy's roofing team worked efficiently and brought in specialists for the different roof features that required special metal work. He provided the prime contractor services, bringing in interior repair and painters, siding and gutter repair contractors.

He was always available to explain what we didn't understand and to ensure that the full house was brought up to our expectations.
