They got our job started right away finished in only a couple of days and they did an amazing job. This company displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for a week for an appointment and when it finally arrived at 8 am they scheduled me for, I received a call at 8:15 that they were running 30 minutes behind. 9:30 rolls around and still no one has showed up. I call and Teresa told me that someone came at 8:30 but no one was home which was a lie because I was out front doing yard work while waiting on them. I asked why no one called when they clearly knew I was waiting for them and spoke to them at 8:15 and said it was acceptable for them to be running late. She wouldn't answer that and asked me if I wanted another appointment for a week later. I quickly replied no thanks as I will not be giving this shady company my business. They lost out on roughly a 100,000.00 job due to lack of service.

We had a new downstairs bathroom put in by TR construction over the holidays. The project went well start to finish, and the quality of the workmanship was great!

The staff were pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and help point us in the right direction to save money on materials. When the vendors we contacted quoted us high prices for the shower door, TR was able to give us a list of other vendors to check out. We found a vendor that gave us a great price, but didn't do install - TR came in and offered to install the door for a reasonable rate. Overall, this saved us a few hundred dollars on the shower door, Thank you TR.

The workmanship on the tile was top notch. The tradesman penciled in a rough layout on the wall/floor prior to starting. He aligned the tiles so there were nice lines in the room - even though this required more work and more cuts. The cuts were made precisely with all the grout lines were uniform. The final product looks sharp - I'd like the same tradesman to do the next bathroom.

TR Construction re-roofed my house last month and did a fantastic job. Every question was answered promptly and the work was done on schedule. All crew members that I interacted with were helpful. Clean-up was completed each day and items were stored out of the way for the next day installation. We will use TR Construction again for other home remodel or installation needs.

I sent an inquiry through their website to get a free estimate on remodeling 2 bathrooms and the receptionist (Teresa) called me to schedule an appointment for Thursday. I told her Thursday wasn't going to work and asked if we can get someone to come out the following Monday, she said she would call me back to confirm. I didn't hear back so I decided to call on Thursday and she told me ""Oops, I thought I emailed you but must have forgotten about you."" She then said she spoke with some guy named Tony and said that they won't be able to service my area (live in Murrieta) and Temecula is the furthest up they will go. Seriously?!!!!! Then why do they include Murrieta, Menifee on their site?!!!! Guess they aren't in the business of making money!!!

TR Construction did a very professional job re-roofing my home and repairing rotted and termite eaten facia and rafter tails. The work was performed at the estimated price, completed on schedule, and the crew cleaned up nicely after each day of work. They worked around our schedule when we struggled to find the right replacement skylight I recommend them highly and I will strongly consider using them for future work on my rental property. Nice job TR!

We had new dimensional shingles installed on the house. Also had patio roof overhauled with new backer boards and roll roofing, sunlight and seamless gutters on patio, and R30 insulation installed in attic. TR Construction was impressive from start to finish (less than 2 1/2 day install). Additionally, we have a 10 year labor warranty and lifetime manufacturer's warrant. The owner, Tony, came by for the estimate (he is very familiar with the houses in my neighborhood) and in less than 30 minutes had a detailed proposal. The demo and install crews were all hard workers and were respectful of our garden and other items on the property. We couldn't be happier!

TR Construction just put a new roof on my house and garage, and I was really glad I chose them for the job. Their estimate was clear and straightforward, unlike some of the other companies. It was also very fairly priced. I got estimates from about 5 companies, and TR Construction was not the lowest, but one of the lowest. They also modified their initial estimate to try to come closer to one of the competitors estimates. They also gave me a long list of references and I called almost all of them before hiring TR. They came on the date promised and got the job done in 4 days, which included tearing down the existing cedar shake roof and two layers of asphalt roof on my house and garage, putting in a new plywood sheet under the new roof since there was none to start, installing a new skylight and 5 sola tubes. I was really worried about the potential mess from the tear down. But they put tarps all around the perimeter of the house and inside the garage and did a great job of cleaning up the debris. They were also very careful with my newly finished wood floors, putting down rosin paper in the areas inside the house where they needed to work to install the sola tubes and skylight. I was very pleased that once the job started, I had an open line of communication with Mike, who supervised the job. They also came back to adjust the brightness on one of the sola tubes and fix some outlets that were working before the job, and not after. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof. I really liked that the company was very honest and responsible. Mike was very straightforward, and Jose, the person who installed the skylight and sola tubes, was very honest. I also liked that they were quick to put additional items agreed upon in writing and they were prompt to give me receipts. Great job! Thank you TR Construction!

We bought our home in September and we really needed a new roof, and definitely needed some venting installed as well. Our roof was in horrible condition, and we had two layers on it. When it rained during winter and when we had high winds, gravel would fall off the shingles and all over our yard. We were just so overwhelmed with the possibility of any leaks and any damaged wood we'd have. So we decided to reach out on yelp and found TR Construction. Tony came out, gave us an estimate, he was very courteous and professional, and wasn't overbearing like most contractors can be. His crew came out and I was so pleased with how professional and courteous they all were. They were very careful with my plants and home and they were very efficient with their clean up. They used magnets to go over or yard and ensure they didn't leave any nails behind, which is a plus with me since I have small children. They cleaned up after every day they did work, I'm talking leaf blowers to get all dust and gravel off everything and their magnets to pick up nails, they really did amazing and thorough job. His roofers Mike and Mike were awesome, they were a great team that worked efficiently! Anytime they came to work on my roof, they knocked on my door, they were respectful and so courteous. Tony runs a smooth family business and it definitely shows, his workers get the job done in a timely manner, they show pride in their work and most of all they are a team that's like family. I highly recommend TR Construction for your home, whether it's your roof or any other repairs, they truly have good work ethics and take pride in their work. I'm more than pleased, I'm impressed because a business liked this is hard to come by, they are honest and respectful, and stand by their quality of work.

What a relief! My roof had leaks, rotten spots, and termites. I called Tony. He came over and gave me a bid on the spot. The work started on time and took only 3 days to complete: removed the old roofing materials, had a termite inspection, replaced all damaged wood, installed new skylights on the patio roof, installed new roofing materials on the house and patio, painted the new wood, and made my yard cleaner than before they arrived.
