They have done several roofs for me over the years and always responsive and they do great work. In this case had a patch due to wind blowing off dish - they came out that day to put temp patch on and then scheduled actual repair later. You want be disappointed with T&C

Robert was very quick to respond and made sure the project was scheduled and completed within the small window of time we had. The crew did a great job! He followed up to make sure we were pleased the day after completion. We have worked with other roofing companies in the past, none of which impressed us. Initially we had issues with insurance not wanting to pay for a new roof. T&C provided us with a third party adjuster and helped change the insurance stance. Once resolved T&C said they would show up around 6:00 AM the next day to install the new roof. At 6:03 they were knocking on the door to let us know they were ready to get started. Job was finished in one day, yard cleaned up and all trash removed. The next day a quality control person showed up to check the pipes in the attic, walk around the house and walk the yard one more time checking for nails. This is the second time we have used T&C (last time 10 years ago). Outstanding customer service and communication. Would highly recommend. Ask for Jonathan.

We are giving Town & Country Roofing & Window a 5 Star for both times our house was hit with a hail storm over the last couple of years for performance, management, and customer service. They have replaced our roof, windows, screens, gutters, and chimney cap. We worked with Wade both times and we appreciate his thoroughness of estimating the job, to overseeing it being scheduled and done correctly (clean up was great!) and then having timely follow ups, as needed. Wade also took care to work with our home owner's insurance. I chose this company due to it being a local business and not a storm chaser business. My Father has owned a roofing company my whole life (43 years) and is still running it to this day in another State and I recognize and value a locally owned business that makes the effort to do business in a fair, ethical and legal manner.
