We are giving Town & Country Roofing & Window a 5 Star for both times our house was hit with a hail storm over the last couple of years for performance, management, and customer service. They have replaced our roof, windows, screens, gutters, and chimney cap. We worked with Wade both times and we appreciate his thoroughness of estimating the job, to overseeing it being scheduled and done correctly (clean up was great!) and then having timely follow ups, as needed. Wade also took care to work with our home owner's insurance. I chose this company due to it being a local business and not a storm chaser business. My Father has owned a roofing company my whole life (43 years) and is still running it to this day in another State and I recognize and value a locally owned business that makes the effort to do business in a fair, ethical and legal manner. We highly recommend this business for your roofing and etc needs. Thank you Town & Country and Wade!

Town and Country came after the epic hailstorm of March 2016. We had massive damage and waited our turn for roof replacement. Everything seemed fine.
The chimney Cap took quite a while to replace, and when it finally came, it went to my across the street neighbor. It was installed and everything. She was not slated to receive a new cap, and was wondering why they sent someone to do that. She was telling me about it that evening of install and I had related to her my guy never showed up to replace mine!...well we figured that out.
Few weeks later we got the cap.
Dry, wet, dry wet. I noticed the ceiling that was repaired was turning brown again. Huh. Thought the paint was just crap and allowing bleed.
Nope. Get home one day and my son has put out buckets. Leaks...
We start calling, and eventually someone comes to access the roof. It's leaking around the chimney and the flashing is crap. So someone is supposed to be fabricating our new cap.
Good chimney Cap guy comes out and does measurements and let's us know he will be fabricating our new cap (we assumed we would be getting it installed that day, not his fault, Town and Countrys fault). Old one he takes off is for a brick and mortar and we have a wood frame. So WRONG cap for the job was installed initially. After the other one was put on my neighbors.
More days and days later, time to fix the flashing and see what they are going to have to do to fix the interior damage. Supposed to be (6/4/2019) here between 10 and 2. No CALL NO SHOW.
That was today.
Contractor made the appointment with us but didn't tell the office. Hmm.
So now Friday (June7) between 3and5 someone will be here to do flashing and figure out what they are going to need to do in interior repairs.
Sure. We'll see.

Not good. 1. As with all roofers the salesman is good pre job, however that is about where it ends. 2. The workers tore up my lawn with their truck. 3. Broke a directv dish, hence no service for a couple days. 4. Left an antenna in the garden. 4. Nails have been found all around the property. 5. Partially broke a 20 year old rose bush. 6. Placed a large amount of nails and roof in my kitchen exhaust fan pipe thus making it inoperable. Only reason I knew is the fan stopped and I looked to find why. 20 plus large pieces of roofing and nails will do it. That's what was stopping my kitchen exhaust fan. Where else did they dump their garbage?????????????? 7. Nearly none of the workers spoke English. How many are in states legally??????? 8. Inspection was supposed to take place the Monday after job done. It happened 11 days later and only because the salesman called to see about being paid for job. 9. Soon after the inspector calls, We agree on him coming at noon, this was at 10am, he shows up an hour early and is gone by the time I get back, at noon. No confidence in any true inspection as to what other garbage the roofers dumped into my vents.
This job will be paid for, but I'd never rec these guys. Sloppy, slow, not careful, and flat out too lazy to walk a few steps rather than dump garbage into roof vents.

These guys have replaced my roof twice due to hail damage and it's THE best looking roof in the neighborhood. I've recommended them to friends and co-workers and everyone has had a great experience with them. One friend even asked them to coordinate a lot of OTHER work at her house that they don't normally do and they did a fine job! I did have to wait a little while for my roof after one of the more severe storms but that's to be expected. People whose roofs are actually leaking should have priority in these situations! I'll be calling them again after the NEXT hailstorm!

Used them about a year ago for some roof repairs. During the initial assessment, I advised the gentleman that I had plenty of shingles (as my roof is a hard color to match) but they still took a while to complete the work and give me an invoice. When I called to ask about it, I was told the crew had to order shingles.. Really, cause the shingles I supplied to them were still sitting where I had left them.. Charged me $375.00 for roof tune up. Not sure exactly what they did as invoice was not detailed. Fast Forward to 3 weeks ago.. I called them again (call me crazy) to come out to inspect my roof for hail damage. It took 3 weeks to get someone to call me back. When someone did finally call me back, they stated they already went out to my home, inspected the roof and although the roof was older, it was ""ok""... Thank goodness I had already found another roofing company to come out and inspect my roof and guess what.. The roof had massive hail damage and I am now in the process of getting a new roof due.. Thanks for nothing!!

They put a new roof on a home we just bought in Frisco due to hail damage...no problem with the roof installation that we know of, BUT the contractors that they use to re/paint the arbor left all their plastic sheets , leftover lunch , ladders and our deck furniture all over our back lawn...that was 5 days ago and the backyard is still a mess. They even left their ladders on our patio. I called Town & Country 4 days ago and again this morning. ""Oh we're sorry , we'll take care of it right away""
Sorry but they are a joke. Stay away from this roofing co!

Mr. Jeff Petty of Town and country roofing company is the most professional helpful gentleman who helped us with our hail damaged roof at home. He also repaired my private business office building roof repair due to hail also. His expertise and professionalism was exemplary. The work was done meticulously and the crew were clean, on time with no downtime or delays. I highly recommend Mr. Jeff Petty and Town & Country roofing to all my friends and neighbors or anyone who is looking to upgrade or repair their roof.
Thank You Mr. Jeff Petty and Town & Country Roofing.

own and County Roofing recently replaced the roofs on both of my homes in DFW. Unfortunately, these homes are close together and we had a terrible hail storm come through in early 2016. The workmanship from Town and County was top notch and my personal experience with them was very professional and the contactors were pleasant to work with. I enjoyed the experience so much that I am having them replace some of my windows this spring as well. I would highly recommend using Town and Country for any roofing or window needs.
Appreciative customer,
Debra G

Watch out for their pricing.. 30 min work $345?? Won't be my choice again.. lesson learned.

I am a Realtor and have used Town & Country Roofing personally and recommended them for several of my clients for the last 10 or more years. I have found them to be excellent. When there is a bad storm, they might not be able to get done as quickly as when there is not. A few years ago, I had a property for sale on Stonewall Court, a small gated townhouse community off Prospect and Lower Greenville when a big storm came in. Roofs were leaking and Town & Country got over there so quickly and got tarp on my client's roof right away and several of the neighbors' roofs too and got the roofs replaced very timely. They have even met Insurance adjusters at properties for me.
