Town and Country Roofing was recommended to me by another roofer who was unable to bid on my re-roof project. So I phoned T & C and asked if someone could come to my home for an estimate. After two days I got a call back from Reuben. We set up a meeting for Monday at 10:00 a.m. I took off work to be there. No one showed up. I complained to the office, and I got a phone call from Reuben apologizing, but he had forgotten. I canceled any further contact with them. How can I rely on a contractor when they forget initial appointments? Very disappointing.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I contracted with Town and Country for a roof repair and attic fan install prior to getting solar installed. They told me it would be a two day job (Wed and Thurs). They came out to work and called it an early day wednesday due to the heat. The project ran into Friday where Raul my contractor assured me it would be done. I came home friday night and found the work wasn't done and nobody called me to let me know it would take longer. Not only that, they had broken a porcelain ornament on my deck and failed to tell me about it. I spent the night walking around my property picking up the trash the workers had left behind from eating their lunch on my lawn.

I waited through the weekend and called Raul on Sunday who assured me they would finish the work on Monday at 7:00 am. At 10:00 am, nobody had shown up nor called. I called Raul who never answered his phone. When I called the business to inquire, they advised me the workers called in sick and they were just getting around to letting me know. She said I would have to wait until the next day for them to finish. Once I advised the woman on the phone about my issues thus far, they sent someone out within the hour who competed the work that day.

Yesterday, I got an electrician up into my attic to wire up the attic fans and he advised me these roofers had put one of the fans above a vaulted ceiling where he could not access it. I called Town and County to see if I could get them to move it and I spoke to a terrible customer service representative named Michelle. Michelle had attitude from the beginning and told me that it was not her department and that I needed to call Raul directly as she snickered on the phone. I did so and yet again Raul did not respond.

A couple hours later Michelle called me back. She told me she spoke with Raul who said that I had agreed on the plans and again asked me what the issue was with a terrible tone. When I tried to explain the situation to her, she repeatedly interrupted me and told me that repair was an entirely different department than hers. I advised her that it was not my responsibility as the customer to call around within your small company to get to the right person, that it was her job as a customer service representative. Michelle began arguing with me and said that she was going to hang up on me after I used the word ""damn"" in the context of ""All I want is my damn roof fixed."" The owner, later commented saying that was ""foul"" and ""abusive"" language.

This company is a joke and Michelle is probably the worst person to have answering phones for your company. Never use this company no matter how good the price may seem. Your job will take forever to get done, they will do it wrong, and they will run you in circles and yell at you when you try to get it done right.

The owner admitted that their customer service was sub par, yet he still has not reached out to me directly regarding this complaint nor has he even offered me a genuine apology, instead he decided to defend his employees. Apparently customer service is not important to them.

Great, quick service. Love that they took pictures of my roof to show the damage and slipped tiles. Then they took pictures of the repairs so I knew they were done correctly.

The company estimated a roof job of $1025 including a $75 garage gutter cleanup and the rest for replacing 4 suspected broken tiles (ie $237.5 per tile), after repair, they told me only 3 need to be replaced and that is what they did. The company slashed only $50 after I mentioned only 3/4 work required (should be $237.5 less) and ignored my questions and requests (3 times) for scaling the charge accordingly based on the percentage of work done. Overcharged and not responsive.

Very happy with the service from these guys. They arrived on-time to provide a quote, already had the materials in the truck and replaced 4 broken roof tiles super quick. Francisco was polite and very helpful

I had a leak in my laundry room. I had plumber, electronic people, solar people come and nobody figured out what was going on until I called Town and Country Roofing. Francisco came and identified issue right away. To put my mind in peace, he agreed to fix it and clean the gutter the second day even though his schedule was very busy. I can only say ""WOW""

Terrible experience. These guys are the most un-responsive roofing company that I have dealt with. I called them because my real estate agent referred me to them. The operator tells that someone will call back. Then nobody did. I called again, same response, and nobody called back. I called the 3rd time, and the guy (His name is Reuben) said that he called me back and left a message. There was no missed call and no message. He then said he was going to come by my place on Friday (08.26.2016) to give an estimate. He never showed up. I then called again, and the operator gave me his cell phone number. I called and left a message and he never called back. All in all the worst experience. I really don't think they care about getting anyone's business. I recommend not wasting your time and calling them for your roof needs. There are others (such as Sierra Roofing, Roofmax, etc) who are much more responsive.

No opinion on the quality of work they perform, we didn't get that far! We are big believers in supporting our local business's, but these people cant even keep an appointment, or even apologize for not showing up! We waited all day for Ruben to come give us a quote to re-shingle our roof, we made several calls to his cell phone and never got a call back! This first impression was enough of an experience for us to not give them any more of our time! What a bust!

What do you do to an employee that is a ""no call, no show""?

Wow! What service! I called them on Wednesday to get a quote to repair a roof (rake) tile that fell and shattered. Michelle, from the company office, arranged Francisco's schedule so that he was able to come to give an estimate of the damage and a price.

Francisco called before he came over. I told and showed him what had happened. He and his assistant went up on the roof to see if there was more damage...there was. Turns out there was a cracked tile on the roof itself. We then discussed the cost and how soon before he'd be able to fix it. I felt pretty good about having Francisco do the repair (although I thought the cost was somewhat high to fix two tiles), but I still had two other companies to give quotes later that day. He understood.

After one company telling me that ""...most companies would not come out to fix one tile,"" and the other company completely flaking out, we decided to go with Town & Country Roofing. I called Michelle to make arrangements for the repair.

Francisco and his assistant was scheduled to do the job between 8am and 10am. They showed up a little after 8am, which I appreciate. They went straight to work...taking the time to do it right, so we (hopefully) won't have tiles falling off again. About 35 minutes later (give or take), they were done.

They were nice, polite, efficient, and thorough. They did a great job!!!!
