Roofing can sometimes be an untrusting business with fly by night companies or storm created companies. Toucan roofing is neither, Terry @toucan roofing has been nothing but professional, courteous and will be on hand to help ease the frustration of the new roof! Mary at the office does an exceptional job informing you the day prior with preparing you with what's to come and precautions to take so that the crew can come in and do the job in 1 day! They said 1-2 days but nope done and 1 day! WOW!!! I thanked the crew and gave them refreshments at the conclusion of their work as a sincere thanks for such timely and orderly work!

This is my second roof they have done and the first job 3 years ago was the same job overall. Top notch, professional and trustworthy! Thanks again Toucan!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This company did absolutely nothing that they said they would do. I didn't seek them, they sought me when I pulled into my driveway. They told me that I needed a roof very badly and I agreed since I had water leaking inside of my home. They sent the external estimate to the insurance company but not the internal estimate. I also had to send the pictures myself. I constantly contacted the rep who solicited my business to send the internal estimate. He blocked me number so I couldn't call him anymore. I contacted the main office and they told me on several occasions that they would send the estimate. My insurance company never received it. This started in the 1st part of April and nothing has been accomplished. Needless to say I have moved on to another company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
