During April 2018 in the middle of a four day rain storm I suddenly had a 12 inch hole in my roof. Needless to say getting a roofer out would be next to impossible. But Matt answered this phone immediately and sent out some of his crew within two hours; they did a quick fix to stop the leaking and solved a big problem. I was not even charged for the repair(!) and was asked to consider a bid for the roof if/when it needed replacement.

Move to May and in fact the roof needed replacement. I got several quotes and Matt was the best price without any haggling. He couldn't have been more pleasurable..and trusting.. to work with. Unfortunately I did not go with Matt, although he was my #1 pick. I choose (pushed) to help out a family acquaintance who was in the roofing business, who actually was slightly higher in price - go figure.

After speaking with Matt and telling him my decision to go with the other company, he couldn't have been more polite and wished me the best. With all this, I felt it important to give my review of Matt, his staff and his company for the professionalism and service they provided me during a minor crisis during a storm - then with the bidding of my roof. I have no doubt he would have done a quality job. I would highly recommend you speak with him if you have any roofing problems. If I am any indication of his type of service - then he's awesome..and thus got 5 stars.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Total Texas Roofing. I have recommended them several times to other friends because a couple of years ago we had a small leak. Matt Oliver came out and said I did NOT need a new roof. I only needed some flashing replaced for a couple of hundred dollars. I told him that if the need ever arises, I would use him for a new roof. He and Dale Shiflett just replaced our roof after the hail storms we had this past Spring. They did a very, very good job, cleaned up well, and went above and beyond. I've recommended them to two other friends and they were very pleased as well.

This review is a tad overdue, but a friend just mentioned that she used this same company and, like us, was thrilled so although late, my review is the same. We had multiple roofing companies come out to give us bids on a new roof. Some showed up late to even see the property. One didn't show at all. But Matt, the owner of Total Texas Roofing, showed up on time, professional, and prepared. He inspected the damage, went over options, and delivered an estimate the next business day as promised. His price was in line with or better than the competition, but it was his professionalism that sold us. We hired Matt and his team and were completely satisfied with the results. We've recommended him to friends and the feedback each and every time has been stellar. This is an honest person running an honest company. It just doesn't get any better than that.
