I want to give a big thank you to the guys at Total Roofing, especially Bob. During the recent heavy rains in Los Angeles, Bob was the only one, from the multiple roofers I called, who sent someone out to take a look at my roof to find out where a leak was coming from. My roof is only 8 years old and Total Roofing did not do the install. Francisco found that a piece of metal flashing was missing and came out a couple days later and fixed the roof. When I asked for a bill I was told no charge. While it was not a major repair and it did not take a long time to fix, nobody works for free. It is nice to know that in this day and age customer service still exists. You better believe that if I need a new roof, a repair or someone asks me for a referral Total Roofing will be my first choice. Thanks again.

The owner is a raging vulgar and rude person. I simply pulled into the business parking lot looking for a nearby address and he bullied me verbally by saying my type didn't belong parking there.
I was doing a Christmas donation charity pick up. My young kids were with me . Parking was zero in the area. I said he needs to practice kindness. I can't imagine how he treats his employees and clients.
Treat others how you want to be treated. He could have politely said may I help you? What are you looking for? Definitely not recommending this company in our Burbank community.

It's been over 3 months and a heck of a lot of rain, and the roof is still good. Great feeling when it is raining and you are so nice and dry inside and under a great roof.

Total roofing does excellent work. I had them replace my entire roof along with my parents. They replace my roof in a timely manner. I would use them again!

A new roof was installed about 12 years after part of the roof caved in due to heavy rain fall. An avacado seed in the gutter kept water from draining so all the water was just sitting on the roof until it couldn't hold the weight anymore...What a nightmare!

Jeff was referred by a friend and he made the whole process so easy. He listened and he made sure no seed will ever get stuck in my gutter. He followed up with countless calls to make sure everything was ok.

Fast forward to 2015 October,
When I was cleaning up the garage, I noticed evidence of leak from the corner of the roof. (stained drywall)
I called Total Roofing and they were able to get Jeff out to my house right away and fix the leak, even after 12 years. He also refer me to a Gutter Repair, just in time for El Nino.
Now, that is top customer service!

I highly recommend Jeff, You can count on him.

I called to get an estimate for my leaking roof and made an appointment. The guy didn't show up at the promised time so I called and his response was ""I was gonna call you when I'm on my way."" Really?! Well, shouldn't you have told me that when I made the appointment? Or at least let me know if you can't make it on time. After all, you're not the only one who's busy. He finally showed up 2.5 hours later.

After he checked my roof, he said he doesn't know what's causing the leaking problem, but he gave me a whopping quote in thousands (beware of their $1300 minimum charge!). So you're telling me that I've got to pay that much even if it involves minor works. What a crook! I may look young but I'm not stupid. Although I am not a roof expert, I can tell when something doesn't make sense or when someone's trying to rip me off. After dealing with this unprofessional, arrogant, and shady owner/guy, I would never use Total Roofing even if it is the last company on earth. I'd rather live with a leaking roof!

We are a 30 year old property management company specialized in commercial properties and have had many dealings with diefferent roofers. Steve at Total Roofing was the guy who answered our calls when it rained. That was over five years ago. Since that rainy day, we have been using his company for all our souther california properties. I also use him for my residential projects including my own residence. They also helped me with the solar installation for the pool and house power. Steve and his team are knowledgeable and responsive.

I called Steve with Total Roofing to do preventive maintenance and address any repairs as needed. I was able to schedule an appointment within an hour of my original call. Steve examined my roof and followed up with an estimate later that same day. All repairs were completed over the next two days. Steve and his team did a great job and were extremely professional throughout the entire project. They understood exactly what I needed and delivered. Steve is so great and gets things done in a a timely manner! I am a real estate agent and when I make a call for my clients he is there ASAP! Very efficient and he got my quote I needed back to me promptly! Their work is great and they have been in the business for a very long time! The receptionist is very helpful as well!
