Total roofing does excellent work. I had them replace my entire roof along with my parents. They replace my roof in a timely manner. I would use them again!

A new roof was installed about 12 years after part of the roof caved in due to heavy rain fall. An avacado seed in the gutter kept water from draining so all the water was just sitting on the roof until it couldn't hold the weight anymore...What a nightmare!

Jeff was referred by a friend and he made the whole process so easy. He listened and he made sure no seed will ever get stuck in my gutter. He followed up with countless calls to make sure everything was ok.

Fast forward to 2015 October,
When I was cleaning up the garage, I noticed evidence of leak from the corner of the roof. (stained drywall)
I called Total Roofing and they were able to get Jeff out to my house right away and fix the leak, even after 12 years. He also refer me to a Gutter Repair, just in time for El Nino.
Now, that is top customer service!

I called to get an estimate for my leaking roof and made an appointment. The guy didn't show up at the promised time so I called and his response was ""I was gonna call you when I'm on my way."" Really?! Well, shouldn't you have told me that when I made the appointment? Or at least let me know if you can't make it on time. After all, you're not the only one who's busy. He finally showed up 2.5 hours later.

After he checked my roof, he said he doesn't know what's causing the leaking problem, but he gave me a whopping quote in thousands (beware of their $1300 minimum charge!). So you're telling me that I've got to pay that much even if it involves minor works. What a crook! I may look young but I'm not stupid. Although I am not a roof expert, I can tell when something doesn't make sense or when someone's trying to rip me off. After dealing with this unprofessional, arrogant, and shady owner/guy, I would never use Total Roofing even if it is the last company on earth. I'd rather live with a leaking roof!

We are a 30 year old property management company specialized in commercial properties and have had many dealings with diefferent roofers. Steve at Total Roofing was the guy who answered our calls when it rained. That was over five years ago. Since that rainy day, we have been using his company for all our souther california properties. I also use him for my residential projects including my own residence. They also helped me with the solar installation for the pool and house power. Steve and his team are knowledgeable and responsive.

We had our roof done 10 years ago with Total Roofing.........
Major issues with the flat portion, it leaked every year since then . TR came for 5 years ( the warranty period) and made repairs but every time another area was a problem.
This year we will redo the roof again and I got 4 different companies for estimates and all of them said the same thing , very poor job.....
Did I tell you that some of the nails went thru the roof and since we have an open ceiling design so you can see the nails and the wood damage?

Had our roof completed 10/2013 but waited for a year and a half before reviewing. During the installation the workers were fast, friendly and left the area clean every day. The roof is still looking good with no problems after some of the rain we have had. I would highly recommend this company!!

After being scammed by another contractor... Anthony and his crew from total roofing inc came to our rescue. Our previous roofing company left us without a roof for weeks, And the day it was starting to rain Total roofing came and covered our roof to protect it. Everybody was friendly trustworthy and the workers always cleaned up at the end of the day and we are very happy with our roof!
