We had our entire roof and gutter replaced by this company in October of 2019. We received 2 other quotes and selected Total Roofing. We have not regretted it at all. When we thought we had a problem the gentleman that did the install came out and answered our questions in person. We have been very pleased!

I was referred to Josh at this company as a friend and contact when my daughters ceiling had a leak. I immediately called and was directed to work with Ray. My neighbors had experienced a turn key operation with other roofers in which the roofer handled everything and I am left still begging for pictures of my own roof to fight denial from the insurance adjuster. This is because Ray didn't show up when I gave him a 2 week headway which he accepted to meet the adjuster at the house, as is common. He simply said 'I can't make it' when I reconfirmed the day of. Then he said he would take pictures to help show the adjuster what he missed on a Monday. By Thursday I called to ask if he could send what he found, which he agreed to do that day. Nothing. Friday I asked if he could text me when sent. No answer. Monday I called Josh and he said he'd 'talk to Ray'. Tuesday rolls around... I get a text from Ray he's finally sending them. NOTHING. I tried hard to use them... this company must have plenty of business that they don't need mine. Easy peasy when my roof is 18 years old.
