From the initial call I made to JC for inspection, all the way thru project completion, Total Roof Protection makes the process so smooth and seamless. Most of all, as an owner needing repair from hail damage, I did not have to lift a single finger as everything was handled for me. I was lucky to be able to work with JC who was extremely great at communication and making sure that everything around my house was taken care of. JC made sure that my insurance was able to cover a full roof replacement, full gutter replacement and cleaning and re-staining of the fence around my house, and even meet with the inspector from my insurance to ensure everything was documented. In a matter of weeks, JC and the entire team at Total Roof Protection took care of everything around my house and left it looking 10 times better than it did before the work. Because of their amazing warranty, I was able to get an even better quality of roof than I had before the hail damage. I will completely and absolutely call JC and Total Roof Protection for any needs in the future, and they will by far be the only company I allow to touch my house and roof.
