We had leaks after hurricane Ian. A neighbor recommended this company so we called. They came out immediately to assess the damage and repaired the same day. We've had multiple rain storms since and pleased to say we have no more leaks.

This company is probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. So bad that we have hired an attorney and will be filing a law suite. Mike and Sam are a scam, talk a good talk and do not deliver 1/10 of what they say they will. Their roofing work is terrible, nothing to code, their subcontracts come to me the homeowner asking for payment because the roofing company (Total Restoration) has not paid them even though I have paid them. We are having to have a ligament company company come out to tear of and replace what Total Restoration had done. Of course they will not answer the phones or pay for this.

Beware. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not recommend this company due to owner Sam Kraemer is a thief. On Friday September 19, 2020 after 12:00 pm I received a call from Tina your office manager stating that Sam the owner would pick up my bank check for service on my roof. At 12:39pm she texted me and stated you (Sam) would be there in 10 minutes. You came to my job in Gainesville, Florida and took my check and stated Tina would call back to schedule a day and time for service. But I received foolish and run around from Tina and Amber in the office. I even reached out to Omarr ( project Manager)and he said he would find out but I still received foolish. Moreover, I finally receive a call from you (Sam)and you explain the issues in the office concerning office staff not scheduling services. I tried to be understanding but that call was received in November 2020. That's two months after you received my check for service. Additionally, I continue to reach out and it would take weeks for a call back and the only way for a call back was using the 855-766-3729 number. Now it's 2021 and still no new roof and plus the damage in my house. You are causing me health issues with my asthma and money damages from the inside of the house leak. You reached out in February 2021 with text message and email about getting done that month but only to continue the same behavior of foolish. Additionally, you had a lady call me last month stating she was hired by you to schedule service but I still haven't received a call back from her and she said that day she did not know what was going on. But would call back after the meeting. No call, no email and text message. Plus I left a phone message few weeks and still no response. Also sent certified mail including demand of refund and no response.

I want you to know my side of the story and know that I'm upset from lack of service, lack of understanding, lack of customer service and professionalism. I want this issue resolved with my money back.
