Having worked twice with replacing roofs using Total Quality Roofing, I can highly recommend this company. My last one was difficult, with sub roofing needing much replacement and switching several sky lights around. The staff was careful, fast, tidy and excellent even with fine carpentry needs.

I called Total Quality Roofing to get an estimate for the repair of a roof leak. After taking my contact information, a pleasant woman in the office told me their estimator would call me to schedule an appointment to evaluate the leak. I never received a call back.

Total Quality Roofing was a subcontractor, recommended by a general contractor that has done work for me over the years, for a small job on our home. I decided to give them a try on replacing our entire roof.

They did a great job, at a competitive price. The workers communicated with us throughout the process and cleaned up thoroughly.

My only suggestion is that the company owner could have done a somewhat better job of communicating with me prior to the commencement of the work. After accepting his proposal I had to follow-up a couple of times after not receiving a response.

But, overall, it was a five star experience, and I will recommend this company to friends.

I had concerns about my roof and turned to the weekly specials on Angie's List (which is free now). TQR had a roof inspection and minor repairs for $99. After researching their reviews which were 5 star, I purchased the inspection. Kevin Swartz was quick to contact us and set up the appointment. He was prompt, arriving right on time and got straight to it explaining the life cycle of the type roof I have and went on to inspect. He did the minor repairs that were needed, took photos of potential problems and even helped me out with some wasps in the soffits. Kevin was up front and honest, a true professional that knows his trade. We definitely recommend Total Quality Roofing Inc for any roofing repairs/replacement you may need.
