Beware homeowners of Total Pro Roofing, LLC _ Stay away from them!!!!!
On July 2, 2019, I service person by the name of Dakota came to my property. He ""did not"" assess the situation for my leak. In fact, he kept saying it's not 110% to stop the leak, and he repeatedly mentioned $150.00 for hot glue to seal nails. Now he was inexperienced and didn't know anything about roofs. First of all, he was supposed to look in my attic because the roof is asphalt, and water can travel lateral. He didn't do that, he appeared unsure the whole time. It was the worst experience ever. Do not use this company because they will send inexperience workers and he kept saying there's no guarantee, which means they ""don't stand' behind their work. They owe me a refund!!! Bad service.

Total Pro Roofing did a good job installing my roof, however while installing they pierced the suction line causing my unit to loose freon and damaging my compressor. After reaching out to them they explained to me it is not their fault and I need to contact the builders. My house was built in 2001, building codes changes every year. They refuse to take responsibility for their negligence, I cannot recommend a company like this to anyone. I got a new roof, but in return I'm out of an AC unit...they got paid while I'm left in the heat.

Ron Norman with #TotalPro #Roofing came by my house to fix a half finished roofing project that our previous roofers (Trademark Contractors) bailed out on. Ron was very nice and went out of his way to help me and to take care of the situation! Great Customer Service! Would 100% use them again and would recommend them to others!

All around great company!! One of the top in our area and I wouldn't want to work with any other company!! Al, Travis && Matt and awesome salesman.. the office staff and always so friendly.. they make sure the get the job done fast.. but also done right!! And if there is ever a issue they always try to make it right!! Jason (the owner) is always very positive and works hard to keep his company in tip top shape.. Michael is also a great salesman/worker he is a great guy and works very hard and loves his job.. he loves being able to help People and makes sure that when he's on a job supervising or fixing a problem for a home owner he always keeps them up to date on what's going on and makes sure the home owner is happy!! But that's what this company is about.. Making sure the home owner is 100% happy and they are always there to lend a hand!

If you want professional work with a personal touch call Trey Carver with Total Pro Roofing. He will explain the entire process to you in as much detail as you need. Questions about insurance, product, warranty and workmanship can be answered with clarity. The crew do an excellent job and efficient job and busy work schedules are not a problem, they will work with you. Definitely recommend them.

They did a wonderful job on our roof! It was paid for by our insurance after some bad weather came through. They made all the insurance paperwork really easy and took the time to explain the process to us. I really like that we didn't have to pay any money up front and that they only took our payment once they had finished. My faith in roofers has been restored! I'm glad we went with this company and I would use them again.
