Sales with Chris was good. Price was fair back 3 years ago. Then, hurricane Ian hit Central FL. I called THR, which I was told to fill out an online form and to email pictures of roof. I heard back from THR the following day after I emailed pics. I ask if somebody can come out and inspect the roof and Sophia said that there is nothing they can do since they consider hurricanes an act of God. I just ask you to inspect the roof! I ended up calling another roofing company and they came out promptly and did an inspection and thankfully it ended up being a minor repair. My suggestion to you THR is at the very least offer a roof inspection and if you can't fix it under the warranty then say so, instead of flatly saying no, on the phone that they can't do anything, not good. I do not recommend Total home roofing! Bad customer service.

Pros: After creating reviews about this company in terms of the part of our roof they didn't complete (that caused a hole in our roof and water to leak into our home) and miscommunication they've done with me and my family, the company finally came out on July 19 to replace a portion of our roof that they missed. Julio (the supervisor) was professional and they spent a good portion of the day fixing our roof.

Cons: Miscommunication, didn't finish our roof the first time they did it in January 2021
When they were finished with our final roofing repair in July, they took our sandbags and our tarp.

Review: Total Home replaced our roofs on 5 large three story buildings in a record 8 days. Andrew Capabianco delivered an amazing presentation to our community and provided details on the products, warranty and installation process. They were able to supply all the materials needed immediately. Francisco and Victor run a top notch team! All three individuals were readily available for any questions. They were thorough and took additional measures replacing rotted decking, trusses and fascia. They kept the environment clean and clear of nails and debris. In my 32 years of being a project coordinator, they were the best. Every unit owner is extremely impressed. Top Notch operation!

They started the work 7 months ago and never completed it. There is extensive damage inside and out of my home.
Do not use this company! Dozens of calls and messages to their customer service and nothing but lip service.

It has been 3 months since contract was signed with Total Home Roofing. Salesman Robert Comer assured me they could get the project started in 3 weeks since a portion of my roof was exposed and only included decking. Seven weeks later a demolition crew turned up, who were very hardworking, but a portion of the crew may have been 14? years old working in vans for footwear, no one tied off, and incomplete housekeeping when completed. 2 buckets of tar and various materials have been left on the roof 7 weeks later, with little to no communication on when roof install will be scheduled. Roof materials have been sitting on site for a month with no installation crew and had I not insisted they be placed in my driveway the delivery truck was ready to leave them on my newly installed front lawn. The construction superintendent Jermino, a professional, is the only person who responds back within 24 hours but is not provided with any information relative to schedule. Calling the office and requesting to speak to a supervisor is simply ignored and you're sent to the voicemail of your coordinator, Ashley Pennington's voicemail, who does not return your call or reply to emails. I cannot speak to the quality of their work as roof remains incomplete. Promises not kept and no communication, nor ability to forecast when project can be scheduled and/or completed.

They failed two inspections, before finally getting the roof on correctly and passing 7 months later.
Even though it was in our contract to use 1 by 6 tongue and groove wood on the soffit, they just poorly cut random pieces of wood and slapped it in there (see photo).
In the original job that they did the aforementioned random pieces of wood had an approximate 1 inch gap between boards. The board in the photo is there a version of redoing the job. The Gap is cut down to about 1/2 of an inch oh, but they still did not use the one by 6 tongue and groove.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Total Home Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. My previous roof was quite old and in need of replacing. I scheduled quotes with several roofing companies and was impressed by them all. Jason at Total Home Roofing was, however, the ultimate; he was an obvious expert in the field of roofing with an intimate knowledge of my specific roofing needs and issues. Also, the product (samples provided at the time of the quote) is a superior shingle to those offered by the competitors. Deciding on Total Home Roofing resulted in no regrets. The team that was sent to do the work, Jim's team, including Arbey as the on-site manager, was expert as well. They were professional in their work, polite and thorough, always on time, and offered clarification to all of my questions and concerns. At the end of each day, they were quick to clean up, including picking up nails from all around by using a large magnet, even in the shrubbery. My roof looks wonderful, and has passed not only the municipal inspections, but also the tests of nature (rainstorms). I highly recommend Total Home roofing to anyone who needs any work, repairs, or replacement of their roof, whether it by insurance claim, or by personal expense, such as mine.

A year ago we had replaced our entire roof including the decking. In that time we've had 5 large leaks and so much damage. Getting someone out here to fix their screw ups is ridiculous. You have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for someone to come out. Meanwhile, our freshly painted house has to have several rooms and ceilings redone because of the inept roofers. They just left today from fixing a leak and the SAME exact location is STILL leaking.

Awesome roofing company. They did what they said and when they said it and included a wind mitigation inspection and report asked about a solar attic fan and gave me options and installed one. We couldn't be happier from scheduling to status reporting every day to completion. Worked like a well oiled machine. They also did my neighbors roof with metal and attention to detail was over the top!!

Total Home Roofing came and gave us the best price for a new roof, the salesman, Jason Asher, was very professional and thorough. He gave us all of the options we needed and even had a video of his company's work. We got 4 estimates and no one else even sat down with us to talk about the work. The roof was completed within about 2 weeks and it could not have gone any better. The actual work took only 2+ days and that only delay at all was waiting for the County inspection. It literally went off like clockwork and we couldn't be happier with our new roof.
