I bought my home in December of 2021, 2 months prior the roof was replaced. After about a year my sky light started leaking and I noticed a wavy spot on the roof near the sky light. I called total home about it and sent them pictures, no reply. I waited another couple of months and then tried again. Still no reply. After numerous calls and attempts I finally got someone to return my call. They then sent out an inspector that looked at the issue, he was great. He told me that the roof definitely has issues and they will need to repair it under warranty, I said great. Then no response after that inspection. So I called again and no return call. Then randomly on a Saturday while I'm having a birthday party for my kid, 2 guys pull up that don't speak any English and want to look at my roof, so I let them. They looked at it, then they proceeded to drill holes in my skylight to evidently let out trapped water. Then they caulked some spots and left. So then I called again, no call back. Again, and finally spoke to someone in management who told me that it wasn't their problem that it's leaking, it's a faulty skylight that was never replaced when the roof was done, and evidently was never brought up as an issue when the roof was done, they just slapped it back down. So now I have water damaged inside my house and my roof because they reused this skylight that should have never been reused. This company is a joke, at least on the warranty side, beware of that if you have any issues, and trust me there are other horror stories about them on the internet as well.

Great service, good price, and hard workers. They fixed part of my roof which was slightly damaged and didn't charge me for the work. I recommend this roofing company.

LEAKING BEFORE YOU BILL IS PAID OFF WHILE THEY DODGE YOUR CALLS IS WHAT TO EXPECT! They will give you a fake warranty on the shingles and workmanship. My roof began leaking at the 2 year mark. An inspector came out to my home and said that the roof was installed incorrectly. This company will not answer or return ANY of my calls. I now have leaking and ponding on my NEW roof. Now, I have to hire an attorney and pay a new roofing company to fix the roof. You are taking a very expensive risk if you have your roof installed by this company! *Angi Roofing DBA Total Home Roofing

They put a new roof on my house in July 2020. (Back then, they had great reviews) A few weeks later, when a section of the house leaked, they promptly took care of it. Well, that was then, and this is now. I had a recent leak (with a 15-year warranty), and they have ignored all my e-mails and phone calls. They still have a web and Facebook presence, but that's about it. According to the state, I have filed a complaint with www.myfloridalicense.com; they are still in business with a license, although some past customers say they are out of business. Quite dissapointed.

Their 15 year ""Worry Free Warranty"" is worthless. I filed a claim, their tech inspected the roof and said the damage is from improper installation of the shingles. Now they do not return calls or emails.

Beware....

Recently got a letter that I needed to replace my roof for insurance. After meeting with two other roofing companies and feeling more confused then when I stared... I came across Total Home Roofing.

It was a breath of fresh air meeting Mike. Not only did he walk me through the process of permitting and replacing the roof, he and his company did exactly what they said they would for the exact estimate I was quoted.

I was extremely impressed with how they left my house with zero trash or clean up.

They run a well oiled machine and got the roof all done within 1 day from start to finish. When Mike said this would occur, quite frankly I doubted this was possible... Sure enough sun up to sun down they worked diligently and even got the inspection completed. 5 stars because there isn't more. My sister is having her house done next week!

I purchased the property back in May 2023, in the listing it mentioned that the roof was replaced back in 2020 by Total Home Roofing which played a major part in my decision. A few days after closing we had some rain and that is where we found out that the is leaking we were directed to contact Total Home Roofing to get the issue fixed under the warranty.

After a few numerous attempts they finally came and did some patch work which didn't fix the problem. I requested to get a copy of the warranty paperwork and I was told they'll send it over which didn't happen. A few days later another leak was detected in another room at that point we realized the the roof was leaking before in the same spot which they came and worked on while the previous owners were occupying the property also there were mold all over. After a couple phone calls/emails they came and did some patch work as usual. This time the problem seems to be under control. I requested a copy of the warranty paperwork again still nothing. On 9/16/23 we detected another active leak in another room along with broken 2x4 woods and possibly another leak in another area so I sent out another email/call about it and as usual they showed no sense of urgency. With all this leaks and mold build up it is starting to become a health and safety concern for my family and they've shown no care. Again I requested a copy of the warranty paperwork as usual Nothing! On 9/26/23 we noticed 2 additional active leaks again. I sent an email and is yet to receive any communication from the company. How can it be that a roof that was replaced 3 years ago having so much issues if the job was done right? At this point I'm requesting a replacement of the roof. It is within my rights to obtain warranty paperwork on the work done on the roof as it is transferable. Don't know what they're trying to hide or cover up on the warranty but I'll be reviewing it with whatever the previous owners have.

Total Home Roofing was the low bid on a large duplex roof (by nearly $10K). That should have been the first clue. Great promises but poor followthrough. Terrible site management resulting in significant damage to stairs and and railing. Tar left on stairs, railings, and decking. Non-existent protection for property. Clear staffing problems, entire tear-off was done by two men. The last 3 days of installation was performed by just one. No meaningful sweep of property for nails following tear-off. Promises to protect exposed soffits ignored. Now it's been two weeks since completion and now I'm being dunned for payment despite having no resolution to the damage problem.
