Do NOT use this company. They are not responsive at all. It took over 4 weeks and many phone calls for them to tell me they would charge me to come out to look at my roof damage. Completely unprofessional. I'm sure this was poor workmanship as my roof is only 4years old. Beware of this company.

We paid for a brand new roof by this company and now that there are shingles slipping out of place, they are too busy to repair. We have damage to our ceiling in the garage and they've told us that we are on our own. I had to call and email several times before I even got an answer and they insisted that we climb up on our own roof to inspect. My husband is 67 years old and we do not have the proper safety gear to have him on the roof.

TERRIBLE COMPANY - USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Do not use Total Homes Roofing. They DO NOT stand by their workmanship and will use ""Act of God"" as a reason not to repair a roof they installed. You can see from reviews others have experienced the same poor service. They only care if you are calling about a new roof, otherwise they won't even return your calls. We left messages with Gaby and never received a call back. Then called and spoke Katie, the Branch Manager, who said they don't cover damage due to a named storm even though the roof damage occurred after the storm passed and the winds did not exceed the speeds listed in the warranty.

Roof went on fine. No issues. Now, a couple years later, we have a leak. After several calls to Total Home Roofing, either no answer or no returned calls. Not much of a way to handle business.

We had a new roof installed by Total Home Roofing, which is now Angie, in March 2022. After the installation, and all inspections were completed, we were looking to get a new homeowner's insurance quote. This required a 4 point inspection, which we had done on 9/8/2022. The inspector noticed shingles on the flat part of the roof were lifting up and advised us to contact TH Roofing to come out and assess the issue. The inspector provided us with pictures of the issue as well. I called the local branch of TH Roofing in FL on 9/8/2022 to report this issue. I was then forwarded to a phone number out in TX and left a voicemail for someone to call me back. A week went by with no response, so I called TH Roofing again, still no response. After a few days, I called back and finally got a hold of someone, who the stated they had to transfer me to the correct department. Each time they attempted to transfer me, I was disconnected. The first week of October, I called my sales rep and he guided me to a form to fill out online to report issues. The form had a line on it asking if the damage was caused by Hurricane Ian. I stated No to that question. I submitted the form, along with pictures and received a call back shortly. The person stated I needed to contact my insurance company as TH Roofing was not responsible for damage caused by the Hurricane. I told the rep that I checked ""NO"" on that question and that I had been trying to get a hold of someone since well before the hurricane even hit. The rep stated that she had to send to her director to clear up the issue. Another week has gone by with still no response. All I'm looking for is someone to come look at the shingles and figure out how to remedy the problem.
As of now, I am doing everything in my power to ensure no one uses this company as they don't seem to stand behind their work. There are too many roofing companies to choose from, so there is no need to waste your time with Total Home Roofing/Angie.

After several phone calls to the company specifically to the warranty department for my leaking barrel tile roof prior to hurricane Ian( active roof leak) no response. Then the hurricane & no difficulty in reaching the office. I asked my Mom to go to the Rockledge FL office. A very nice professional office space nice friendly staff. Pulled my daughters file & she had made contact with them the day prior to my visit. I was told that the warranty company was not performing for them so they were bringing it back to their site. The female manager took my daughters contact information as she was traveling out of town & there was ongoing remodeling going on at her home. This was a Friday & she told me that if my daughter did not hear from them by Tuesday to please call her ( she gave me what she said was her direct line) & she would promptly call my daughter back my daughter has done as requested but of course now are really busy since the hurricane today is October 28, 2022 and again no one has called back the manager nor anyone from the company. I have to go out of town until November 7,2022 but when I return I plan to spend a day there until someone gives me an answer. Keonna I look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

we got our roof put on metal, roof grow put on everything is OK. After the hurricane we checked our gutters because stuff wasn't going down and what did we find, our old tiles. called the guy Who sold us the roof and told us we could call him for anything. He said he'd be over and take care of it himself. I waited all day never showed. Texted him the next day sent the pictures and asked when I could get a day he would come by. No reply. So I decide to call the company. Talk to a very nice lady said she would call him and get me a concrete date and time. Still waiting!! for the price I paid for my roof I shouldn't have to look and make sure that the job is done correctly. They should have the contractor make sure the job is done properly.

What a nightmare stay away from Total home roofing also known as Angie roofing 3 day project still dragging on been almost 2 months and my medal roof installation is crooked

And it continues roof tiles arrived sat for a week before they start installing keep in mind the Poly Glass underlayment has been exposed to heat and weather for 4 weeks. Now a new leak has started over the area they just tiled. Also dented gutter and exposed stucco. Company is a complete joke no follow no one is accountable trust me folks do not use this company.

we are Seniors and still waiting for the warranty, because of their neglected to cover part of the flat roof and we got water inside the family room and the softic is puffy and rusted nails can be seen, we have called so many times sent photos is supposed to be on warranty and Alex was the one to write it up, we are still waiting, no call, no show and they got paid for the work, beware of this company in my opinion not trustworthy
