Their service recovery and professionalism is far superior than any other company I've ever dealt with. Seriously, Brandon was so understanding and cooperative when it came to a minor issue. I highly recommend their services!

I would definitely recommend Tory's Roofing to anyone who is looking to re-roof their home. My neighbor referred them to me and had only positive things to say about them, so I thought I'd give them a try. They were very professional and have excellent customer service. The office staff was super friendly and the crew that came out to do my roof was also very professional. Happy customer!!

Tory's Roofing was a great choice for replacing our roof! They were fast, friendly, and most of all the quality of their work was right on!

My roof blew off in the storm a year ago and Bryan Tory worked with us to do a temporary cover and then a total re-roof within our budget and with a better high-wind solution than previously installed by any other roofer. Their company has excellent customer service and will work with you and support the work.

They are professional and a pleasure to work with.

This roofer was recommend to me. I called them and was able to get a quote quickly. They were able to provide several options and once we signed they were able to schedule our job in a timely manner. The roof and flashing they replaced looks good and already has held up well to the recent rainy weather. They did spill a roofing liquid in the front of our house that stained our driveway, carport wall, and garage door. We tried repeatedly to clean ourselves but found out it had to be professionally removed. We called Torys and they readily admitted their error. They sent out our salesman to do a site visit, he immediately contacted a contractor to come out the same day to do an estimate. Torys 100% rectified their error and removed the evidence of the spill. No Hassle, No questions. A real stand-up business. Kudos to their management team, Issak-sales rep, and Darren-contractor. Very professional and upstanding. We definitely would recommend this company and use their services again.

Had my roof done several years ago. Leaked after first big rain. A guy came and caulked over the suspected area.

I was charged about $2000 for ""repairs"" in addition to the original job quote. I had requested a small modification to a 10' eave and could have done it myself in a couple of hours. I actually asked the lead worker how the roof structure looked, and he said there was no structural problem, so that charge was apparently for my request.

My old roof had a lot of copper flashing--saw one guy carrying away a load that appeared to be about 30 pounds. Probably had a lot more. I called about that. I was told it was considered waste, and I couldn't have it. A week or so after the completion of the job, I found a shiny ball of of linked roofing nails for nailing guns stuck in my wastewater pipe where it joined the vent to the roof. I happened to be working on some plumbing. I reported it to Tory's and was told there was a meeting about that--that was it. I could've had some more serious sewage problems in the long run if I hadn't stumbled upon it by pure chance.

Overall, overpriced and unreliable.

These guys are a joke. They talk in circles and never give a straight answer. They service their large projects and do the homeowner when they can squeeze you into their schedule. If you own a single family home, be prepared to get the shaft and hear a ton of excuses. They never keep appointments and never follow their given timelines. If you have a gigantic mansion needing a roof replacement, costing huge bucks, they MIGHT give you the time of day if it fits their schedule. If you are an ordinary homeowner needing re-roofing you best look elsewhere. Let us hope their work is good, because their professionalism sucks. I got the feeling they did not want my business and did not want to work on my house. I wish they just told me they had better things to do before I signed the contract. I never thought re-roofing my home could be such a pain until I met these guys.

I work from a home office. My sub-division neighborhood being of a certain age, most of the homeowners are now replacing original roofs. From the vantage point of my second story study I've watched a number of roofs being re-done in my neighborhood, many followed by installation of solar panels, which I am in the process of doing as well.

I watched two homeowners roof over original crumbling shingles. While I understand there's an advantage of some additional insulation, it also seems self-defeating as original shingles deteriorate beyond their current fragile state. And, the process left new shingles that look poorly installed and in some cases misaligned. I watched another roofer (large advertising presence on TV) actually install mismatching shingles, then came back a week later to change them. Finally, some roofers did ridge vents, but there has been a variety of ways they've been installed.

One roofing job in particular got my attention as the workers did a superb job of stripping off the old roof, tarping the roof overnight to ensure no leakage while the new roof was being installed, for how sharp the new shingles and ridge vent looked as they were installed, and just the overall look of a job very well done. I walked down the street to see who the roofer was...logo on the trucks was Tory's Roofing.

The time came to do my roof; Tory's was the first roofer I called. My son had a friend/contact with another roofer, so encouraged me to call them as well. Plus I called a third roofer recommended by the solar company I was working with.

Bryan Tory came by two days later, discussed the options with us, then did a survey, returning bids for three levels of shingle quality we had considered. The second roofer sent a crew over to do the same, except no sales pitch, just the survey. In fairness, they used the same brand of shingles as Tory's, so no sales pitch was needed. The third roofer didn't have time to get to us until there was a rainy day on the job they were working (red flag!).

What's important about the second roofer, however, was that as we disccussed roofing work up and down the street, their senior technician pointed out a roof that was the only one with the ridge vent correctly installed...and that was the one I'd watched the Tory's crew complete. That was both instant validation of my opinion on Tory's as well as a checkmark in favor of the second roofer.

When the bids from Tory's and the other roofer came in, it was easy. Same shingle product and scope, but even with a 5% ""courtesy discount"" from the other roofer, Tory's was $1000 less for the high end shingles we elected to go with. That made it very easy.

Tory's was ready to install as soon as I got community association approval of color, which took four days. Tory's came the next day(!) with a full crew and did a superb job to remove the old roofing, inspect the sub-roof, and install the new one. I was amazed that exactly as the old roof was removed, the just-in-time delivery of shingles and other materials arrived. Superb logistics coordination! The crew started at 7:45 AM, left at 3:45 PM, having installed a beautiful new roof and thoroughly cleaned the yard around our house. A job exceptionally well done!

The next day I got a call from the third roofer, did I still want him to come by to do an estimate?

Since then there have been two periods of extended heavy rain over several days. So far no leak nor other issue has been found.

There is no doubt in my mind here. I am very pleased with the professional team from Tory's as well as the quality and value of their work. Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.

Poor customer service. Need I say more. If you have a warranty problem, good luck. They installed the roofing felt under the metal flashing which is contrary to proper roofing installation practice. This was confirmed on the website and talking to other roofers.

Their workmanship guarantee is good for one year only.

My roof was leaking within the first 36 months of installation. They did not come to fix it right away. I had to wait over two weeks. Really disappointed as I have done business with them in the past.

I have spoken with other homeowners and they agree and in concurrence with the poor service they received. They do residential homes as a side line as they have large contracts for hotels and schools. They will do a residential home when they work load permits.

If you call , they don't even want to talk to you if its about a rework job or a complaint. I hope this review helps others .

Had a hard time scheduling an appointment with this company as I am really busy. They called 5 minutes before my appointment to say they would be ten minutes late.
After waiting half an hour, I called to cancel the appointment. I needed to get to work. And I figured any company that would waste your time like this will also waste your money (it's the same thing). They said they would check my roof in my absence, but I haven't heard anything from them.

If you're busy, I am sure there are better companies to work with.
