I live in the Hokuloa AOAO. Tory's is currently cleaning and sealing our shake roofs and all I can say is the workers are absolutely outstanding. Often contractors' workers are only interested I getting the job done and don't care about owners' property and have an overall rude attitude attitude. Tory's crew are totally opposite. They are careful, considerate and friendly. This is so refreshing during times when there's so many things going on with the project. Whether your job is big or small, I highly recommend Tory's.

My experience with Tory's Roofing as been far beyond my expectations...I am more than impressed. I lost my husband a year ago and it's been a challenging year in having an ongoing problem with roof leakage. After researching at least four roofing companies, I met Hunter Ward. Not only was he prompt on calls, he showed personal interest in my concern...paid attention and listened. He truly is an asset to Tory's Roofing. He was very thorough in explaining the proposal and procedures.Things went smoothly and on schedule. Seems like Tory's Roofing has things well-organized with all the right equipments and tools. They also can be commended for the workers they hire. They are pleasant and hard workers! They cleaned up the area each day and were eager to help in other ways. Jesse, Isaiah and the gang were employees Tory's Roofing can be proud of. I highly recommend Tory's Roofing if you need a new roof or repairs! Felt they were also reasonable.

We just had our roof done. Not only was Tory's quick to schedule us in, they completed the work in just 2 days which included removing the old roof & installing the new roof. The crew did such an excellent job & they were friendly & professional.
Hunter did such a great job explaining in detail what sets them apart & what they would be doing. It made the difference in choosing which company to go with.
We would highly recommend Tory's to anyone.

Rating for Tory's do not change. It took 25 days, almost a month, before a response via Yelp for a possible resolution. Why so long? Evident Tory's not responsive when we had asked for our an estimate regarding our roof. Since we could not wait, we went elsewhere and they did an awesome job.

Shitty service. I asked for an estimate but never got it after months of waiting. I called and texted Bryan but he never returned my messages. I went with another roofing company.

Aloha, my family look to me when things need to be repaired around here, and now, I will always look to the crew from Tory's for our roofing and waterproofing needs.
They were on time and came at the price they quoted, which was the lowest of several estimates. When they finished they left everything cleaner, spicier than before. They even took our own private trash.
The roof looks amazing, the whole thing took only 1 1/2 days and all the extras that is really icing on the cake, this co provides as matter of daily buisness.
I highly recommend Tory's for all your roofing needs.

What an excellent company Tory's came out to take a look to inspect the roof was so easy and pleasant to deal with it was unbelievable I highly recommend Tory's roofing or any roofing inspection or report , as a professional I find it hard to find a good roofer when you need one Tory's the guy !

great job Hunter went beyond helping me process my claim Dongbu was my insurance company who uses John Mullins to process claims it was a night mare dealing with john Mullins Hunter help me close to two months trying to process my roof damage Hunter stayed on with me all the way unfortunate they Dong bu with John Mullins came up with all kind reasons that they wont pay out my claim beware of being insured with Dongbu

Roof leaking after a few year. No call backs, no service, such a bad experience and a waste of money. Have since learned that the roof was not installed as per manufacturers instructions. Shortcuts and lazy. If you want to stay dry don't use Tory.
