Very disappointing. I wouldn't have these people come back to repair the roof that they put on, let alone recommend them. They were trying to trim my roof decking with a hatchet. They removed joist hangers that were screwed into my facia board by pounding them off with a hammer destroying the wood. The spaces in the roof deck boards were more than 1 inch wide, with gaping holes in the wood that they just papered over. They lied about putting in barrier fabric where they said they had and did not. they tried to charge me for material they didn't use. They destroyed a brand-new deck with scratches caused from dragging nails across the wood. they did the same to my stone patio in the front. No regard for private property. No communication with the crew leader (language barrier) I would be surprised if the crew had more than 2 weeks experience.
I requested they stop and get off the roof twice and they did not they kept working even though it was obviously a horrendously poor job. I've had a quote from a reputable roofing company to repair the damage. They tell me I need to remove the roof ,replaced the decking and install a new roof. $20.000. We are currently suing them for damages.

Came in 20% less than ""the other guy."" That advertising of theirs must be really expensive. Did a great job. I will use them again... hopefully not too soon :-)

Topp's rang my doorbell (Logan) one afternoon and I listened to his explanation that my roof was Atlas shingles and that they were defective and with my agreement they would see about getting it replaced at little or no cost to me. I said, ""Sure, go for it"". I made a very bad mistake. Topp's brought in their business partner Matthew Fainter, GA Public Adjusting, LLC. and somehow he wound up representing me when dealing with the insurance company. USAA (insurance company) paid the adjuster made sure to point out that the adjuster represented me. After a payout by USAA to the adjuster of over ""6,000.00 I do not have a new roof because I would have to pay over $6,000.00 (deductible). We cannot pay that. I asked USAA to cancel the claim but they had already sent Fainter the check. Fainter says that he will write me a check, minus fees for him and Topp's Roofing. I have no idea what those fees will be. Probably most of the USAA claim payout. I will be filing complaint against the public adjuster and the USAA adjuster. I will also be asking a local consumer advocate, Randy Travis, to investigate. I will soon be 76 years old and I got scammed.

Easy peasy!

Topps Roofing has replaced many homes in my neighborhood and everyone I spoke with had a positive experience. So, this spring, I had Topps replace 2 roofs, one shingled and one metal.
My contact at TR was Logan and he was awesome at keeping me abreast of status, changes and follow ups. Logan was present on my replacement days too. There was ZERO surprises :-))!

My roof replacements took one day each, but the entire project took over 2 months. There were minor delays due to rainy weather and copper shortage post Covid shutdown...which Topps (or anyone) couldn't control.
I appreciate Logan, Brook and TR team guiding me through it all. After all, it's not often a home owner has to replace a roof!

My roof replacements recently completed and I'm very happy with their work. My new roofs are beautiful... never thought I'd describe roofs as such - ;-). It's like the feeling you get from your new car smell or a new pair of handmade shoes. TR crew was definitely had their installation process down and they CLEANED well after the main roof replacement! Metal / Copper roofs they subcontract out but over saw the process. Logan came by after to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement. Timely was Logan to follow up on minor things like a window screen damage I found after their shingles installation. He got it fixed in less than a week!

TR offers quality materials from a reputable national manufacturer with decades of warranty and they stand by their workmanship and both my copper and shingles roofs have a labor warranty.

Perhaps most importantly for me, Logan was solid at managing my replacements and genuinely interested in making me happy with their work.
Now a days finding a contractor who keeps their word and want customers for a long term are harder to come by. Logan's a KEEPER and if I ever need a roof replacement in the future, Logan is who I'd call!

So lucky and thrilled with Logan, Brooks and Topps Roofing for pleasant and quality replacement experience!

I would highly recommend Topps for any of your roofing needs. Logan McCord was extremely professional, responsive and was completely invested in our roof replacement from the beginning. If we ever had a question, I'd reach out, and Logan would respond immediately. We now have a beautiful new roof- the process was seamless!! The team was in and out in one day and did not leave our house until the area around our house was entirely sweeped of any debris. The customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend Topps to anyone who is considering a roofing repair or replacement. And ask for Logan!

Very disappointed in this company. They recently replaced our roof, which looks phenomenal. There is a strong lack in communication from the company. Day before our roof was to be done supplies and a large dump trailer arrived blocking both our garages, we were never told this would be done the day before. No big deal, I was able to move the trailer and get my car out of garage. But after completion we had damage to our home that the workers failed to mention- hole in our bedroom ceiling and piece of brick Moulding around our garage was knocked off. We are still waiting for the ceiling to be fixed, since they cancelled on coming this past weekend to fix after we had rearranged our schedules. I'm now receiving messages from my sales associate, Logan, implying he is doing us a favor to fix the hole in the ceiling that appeared the day our roof was done, stating they can not confirm it was caused by their roofers.

A contractor that isn't truthful with the small things that don't matter, can't be trusted with the important thing that do.

1) Missed start date commitment
2) 7-days after roof replacement, excess materials still haven't been picked up which has been blocking access to garage.
3) Removed landscaping lighting for some reason?... Incorrectly done, with no regarding to replacing.

Keeping you word and customer satisfaction should be priority #1.

Brooks and his team came highly recommended, and for good reason. The crew, led by Jacob, was highly efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Brooks did a great job communicating the project plan, which was much faster than I expected- I called on a Monday, and they installed my roof that Saturday.

I received 4 quotes for a new roof, and Topps was the cheapest (by as much as 50%), while still using quality Owens Corning materials and a nice synthetic vapor barrier - I can't see any reason to pay the big guys more.
