The project was simple: power wash, buff clean, sand joints, seal for patio around pool to give it a new, clean look to last a few more years before we spend the $ on replacing the entire patio in a couple of years. Received a good estimate and even worked with the price to fit our budget since we agreed to pay cash to avoid fees or tax. The team showed up on time and started to work right away. Unfortunately, since it was Summer, there were a couple of rain spots that had cause them to stop working for a bit until the cloud passed. When the time came for the resealing of the pavers, it started to downpour. We were assured that all he needed was at least 15 minutes of dry weather to apply the sealer even thought we asked if we should postpone for a drier day. Well, no more than 2 minutes after the entire job was done did we hand over $900 in cash did it start to downpour again. Jefferson and his guy had already left and we watched in horror as the rain washed away the sealant and sand and subsequently our cash. I tried in earnest to ask Jefferson if the rain was an issue, but he fell on deaf ears and didn't answer me via phone or text. The next sunny day, we could see the difference between covered areas of the pavers and exposed rain-drenched pavers that were no longer clean, joint-filled or glossy as the covered. I pleaded with Jefferson to come back and redo the job but was told he was ""out of town"". How convenient. He advised he would ""come back in a couple of days to take a look"". Really? Well days had passed and he asked if we reapplied a sealer ourselves when we toyed with the idea of doing what he should have done in the first place. Bottom line with this company is, if you want to try them out, don't. Jefferson wants your money and will lie to you to get it.
