Ron Marchiani and Top to Bottom Roofing did our roof in 2013. We've had three leaks since and the newest one is getting significantly worse. After trying for a year to get Ron to do something, we finally got him to look at one leak. He said he'd be back to do water testing, but never came back. We finally got him out to see the new leak. He said he saw where he believes the water is coming in and was going to come back out to seal it up. He has yet to come. He no longer responds to calls, messages, emails or texts. In his last text, he said he was in the process of closing Top to Bottom to focus on contracting and his new career as an adjuster. We have no idea where this leaves us with our roof warranty.

I have been having an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I needed just a small amount of work done on the siding of the house. Scheduling with them has been a nightmare as they don't return calls or emails.

They started the job weeks ago and pried off a piece of siding, then realized they had brought the wrong size to replace it. While there, they broke a terrarium and said they would make it better but haven't. They leave and say they'll call back the next day to schedule a time to come back with the right siding. They don't, I have to call them, and they tell me they can't come because of the weather. Fine, but they should have called me to say so. Ron tells me someone will call me back when the weather improves, but it has been weeks and we haven't heard from them.

We have plastic bags taped to the side of the house to cover where they pried off siding but never finished the job. They still owe me money for the property they damaged, but I think getting that back is about as likely as them actually giving me a call, which is to say slim to none.

Stay away from this company, particularly from persons named Ron Marchiani, Sherry Spell and Tom Crowley. They are a rip-off company. I contracted with them to paint all of the interior of my house, install new siding, replace the roof and construct a new fence. Marchiani told me it would take one to one-and-a-half weeks to complete to the total package. Thirteen weeks later, the job was still not complete. They were like bulls in a china shop, destroying my personal possessions as they worked. Their quality of work was deplorable, in all areas. a year-and-a-half after I stopped their work, I'm still in legal action against them. Believe nothing they say; they even lie in front of judges. Again, stay away from this company.
