Top Tier was very accomodating to my situation. I had major damage due to previous owner's solar install. I got a few quotes however due to cost, and to ensure this didn't happen again I decided to start the project on my own. I was able to replace 5 rotten 4x8 sheets of OSB with help from a neighbor (big shout out to Horea) and replace a large amount of insulation (previous was rafter open-cell, which was completely soaking by this point in water), and I had started work on the underlayment. By this point my knees and legs were very very sore, and everything was blowing all over the place in the wind while I was trying to do the valley. While I was struggling on the roof under pressure due to rain coming w/in a week, my regular job and kids, TT roofing gave me a call. I was able to explain what I had already done, what I found, how I wanted to solve it, and that I had already ordered the Coro-A-Vent Studi-Battens and a synthetic underlayment. During the call I was able to speak with the owner as well who was extremely pleasant and informative to talk to. I was worried about the rafters being bad since they were encased in wet foam but they gave a hint that it was probably ok (it in fact was). They suggested a better underlayment specific to tiles (peel and stick high temp, awesome) and they could use the battens I got and shift some jobs to get mine taken care of before the rain. This was a HUGE relief. It literally took my body a week to recover just from the prep work.

TT roofing then came the day they promised, took away all the old/damaged materials I had, and had 4 guys working for two days straight to prep the rest of that face of the roof and then re-do that entire face from raw sheathing including 4 valleys. They also left the place very clean! I am very grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone!

After a couple of years of leaks that continued to get worse, and trying to avoid the inevitable, I finally called Top Tier in late November. I assumed with the rainy season starting it would be some time before they could get to my job and my 'bucket brigade' would have to continue to suffice. Gil came out a couple of days after my call, assessed the problem, and said they could replace the roof within a couple of weeks, which they did. We have had a great deal of rain since and I have had no further issues. From initial meeting to estimate to completion of the job, I couldn't be happier! I called Top Tier for a roofing project in Morgan Hill. We wanted to get a permit as owner/builder and find a local roofer to consult with. I spoke to Dave, the owner, who was very honest about what type of services he offers which is mainly roofing jobs from start to finish and not consulting services. But, he spent a substantial amount of time giving me advice on the local building department and the permit process.

Other roofers I called did not even want to speak with me since I was not offering a roofing job and they do not provide consulting services. I like Dave's approach to business and how he likes to help people. As a property manager, I worked with roofers in the past and found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. Other contractors and architects would have charged me for the advice Dave provided.

We recently used Top Tier for some repairs on our tile roof. We were really impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Gil and team were highly communicative, responding quickly to my inquiries and clearly explaining the scope of the work needed. After a detailed inspection, they honestly reported that only some tiles needed replacing, without pushing for unnecessary extra work. We thought there might've been rodent issues/damage because of the missing tiles but we're relieved to find out there was not. Their transparency , pricing and fairness were refreshing. Overall, it was a straightforward and positive experience and big bonus was supporting a business out of Morgan Hill, our neighborhood! We highly recommend Gil and Top Tier.

I'm writing this review 2months after re-roofing. David's team is very professional. I'm happy with the work till now as:
1. Speed is very fast and work is professional. My roof is 1800sqfts. it took 3 days to finish. I can say it's because they have very professional and well organized schedules. They have ABS truck with conveyor belt and crane, it's very efficient. I had a rotten wood near the gutter of garage. They helped to replace it and also helped me checked other beams nearby that location without extra charge.
2. Price is fair. it's not the cheapest, but it's very fair price
3. After the work, the driveway is pretty clean. They cleaned all the trash.
4. The response is fast. Communication is easy. Before the work, David gave me an estimation about the range of potential extra cost ($1000). It turns out that no surprises happened. I like his style that let you know all the potential works and let you know the cost beforehand. Also, David gave us an instruction about the shingles brand/materials and colors etc. He is very patient and professional.
Overall, I had a good experience with them.

after getting estimates from 3 roofers, Top Tier was in the middle of the pack but after interviewing them, I felt comfortable they were honest and there were no hidden costs charges and the bid was sufficiently itemized to my satisfaction.

They were heavily booked so we scheduled our job about 6 weeks out. They contacted me as promised to start on the date promised, tge owner called me personally to confirm the condition of my roof and identified some needed repairs after the old roof was removed.

work was done with minimal disruption, job cleanup was fantastic and Owner personally walked the job site to ensure were no nails on the driveway or sidewalk.

Most importantly, the minor repairs identified were not a change order to my estimate so I wasn't nickeled and dimed .

I highly recommend theses guy!
