I can't say enough good things about David and his crew. David spent hours with us discussing our options over the span of a few months planning a complex roof replacement on our large, 100+ year old house. When the time finally arrived, it was easy to see that the crew were well organized and experienced. They were also very friendly and respectful of us and the property. At the end of every day they cleaned up exceptionally well. I'm not qualified to assess the quality of a roof job, but sloppy work is pretty self evident, and I see none from the crew who did the main roof. I was somewhat less impressed with the subcontractor who did the gutters. However, the few relatively small issues we did call out were very quickly made right by David. Every commitment was kept, even a couple of extras we discussed that never formally made it into the contract. All in all, A strong recommendation for Top Tier Roofing!

Porfirio came out to look at the anchor holes that were leaking in my roof and said that this was an easy fix, and we could do it in a few minutes. He was prompt, friendly, and helpful. He was able to remove the anchors and repair the holes in about 10 minutes making the repair blend well with the existing shingles. My experience with Top Tier Roofing was great, so I'll keep them in my notes for next time I have a roofing issue.

A gutter cleaner I had hired alerted me to a broken tile with a large gap and also a shifted tile that was hanging on an edge on my roof. After he left I searched for local roofers and found Top Tier. I called and spoke with Gilbert and told him what I needed done and that I was in a time crunch trying to get ready to leave for vacation. Even though they had a very full schedule Gilbert and his tile guy, Porfirio, showed up last minute the night before my vacation to take care of the tiles as well as a few more they spotted that had also shifted. They were both friendly and did the job very quickly and relieved my stress so I don't have to worry about any rain leaking into my house. I'd would definitely recommend them and plan to call them in the Spring to do a full roof inspection and maintenance.

Since it was a minor problem, he was able repair it on the spot. We are so pleased with his work. Porfirio arrived exactly on time and showed us photos of the problem and the repair.
