As part of house renovations in 2020, I needed to replace a deteriorating, leaky 40+ year old concrete tile roof. John Mitchell of Top Source Contracting took on this project, which included tearing off/hauling away the tiles, adding radiant barrier decking, turbines and vents, and removing two 5' square domed skylights. John was very helpful with his guidance through the entire process and advice on appropriate material choices. Of all the renovations done, the roof project was the most successful and satisfying. I just love listening to rain hit my new roof, knowing that everything underneath is staying dry. Thanks John!!!
