I selected Top Roofing Services to repair a leak at an odd section of my roof and the roof maintenance. These guys are always responsive, showed up on time, and explained everything thoroughly. They even came out several times because that odd area was still leaking, but they eventually got it right. These guys are honest and based on them coming out several times with no questions asked shows that they stand behind their workmanship and customer service. Keep up the great work guys!

Promises made, promises kept. The estimator arrived when he said he would and gave a thorough estimate of my house. When I selected his company to do the work I was told when they would start the job. Jose, the owner assured me that he would manage the process from start to finish. Amy, the Office Manage called and followed up on everything I was told. Nestor, the Field Manager, came out and told me he would be directing the crew through the complete job. Everett came out to collect the funds when it was time for a payment. Throughout the job, Nester reassured me that everything was on schedule and reassured me that he was there if questions come up doing the installation process. After the job was completed, Nester did a walk through with me and made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. Everett took the final payment and thanked me for doing business with Top Roofing services.

Such a great team at Top Roofing. From our initial phone call for an estimate, to the actual roof being completed, everything was seamless. It began with Amy, the office manager, scheduling an estimate with the owner Jose. He came out, did measurements and provided a multi-page quote that evening. The price was very fair and included the permits and inspections necessary. The on-site project coordinator was Nestor, and he was top notch providing ongoing info as the work was completed. The workers were very professional and tidy. Even our neighbors commented to us how well they cleaned up after every work day. We really appreciated the ongoing communications between Amy, Jose, Ever and Nestor. I would recommend Top Roofing to everyone!

Top roofing services just completed a full re-roof on our house in Lakewood. I received a few bids from the top rated roof companies on Yelp and top roofing was the lowest. Jose, Ever and Amy were very responsive and answered any questions we had. We ending up having to replace all the wood under out shingles because it was in pretty bad shape and wouldn't pass inspection but Jose gave us a discount without us even asking him. Jose's team was on time everyday and cleaned up at the end of the day. Inspection with the city was a breeze and the final product looks great. I highly recommend giving Top roofing a call if your in need of any roofing services.

Ever, Amy and Jose are the best. they were all professional and communicated so well with me and my Dad when he was getting his roof repaired! They showed up on time, and kept their commitments. We purchased our home recently in Riverside and loved the fact the roof looked ""new."" These last series of rains were treacherous and it showed that our roof was not as great as we thought it was. We found leaks in multiple areas, specifically the roof valleys that didn't have any flashing. We looked for a roofing service and came across Top Roofing Services. Jose and his team were a great experience from beginning to end. They showed us what was wrong and provided fair and honest pricing. The reroof went seamless and our roof looks amazing. Looks a lot better than when we first moved in. Top Roofing Services showed me what a good roof looks like. The last roof company who worked on the roof prior to us moving in did a shotty job and skimped out on flashing. If you're looking for some good honest people and great work give them a call. I could not recommend them enough.

In-between 2 major storms in socal I had a roofing leak in an upstairs bedroom. Top roofing came back with a next day inspection and quote. A single concrete roofing tile had shifted causing the leak. Top roofing repaired it and the surrounding area before the next storm. 2 other roofing companies recommended replacing the whole aft section of my roof with new underlayment reusing my old tiles. Only top roofing recognized the urgency of providing the repair in addition to doing other repairs before the next storm.
