Great experience and results from Top Roofing. From the first interaction all the way to the completion of the project Top Roofing was top notch with every detail.

This was my first time going through a re-roof project so I do not have anything to compare it against. However going with Top Roofing and how they operated gave me assurances that I was in good hands.

My highlights of working with Top Roofing:

-Drone shots provided as updates
-Project supervisor is on site to give updates/answer questions
-Cleanup after every day
-In addition to roofing work (which looks great) they also installed rain gutters (they look great)

I had scheduled an appointment with Top Roofing for a roofing inspection today between 12 and 2 pm. The office called me at 12:15 and said the guy was running late and rescheduled the inspection between 3 and 5 pm. It is now 6:15 and nobody showed up and nobody called! I would NEVER use Top Roofing !!!

I called Top Roofing Services to replace my 22 year old roof. Ever Diaz came on time with an estimate that was the most competitive and explained the entire process clearly. Communication was easy as Amy in the office was always available to call for any questions. I always received updates from the team on the progress (permit application, start date, material delivery, tear down progress, inspections, etc.). They completed the job in less than a week and did a good job as we passed the city inspections with no problem. Overall, I would recommend Top Roofing Services if you are planning to reroof your house.

This is a pretty fast roofing company that takes care of all the permits and gives a reasonable bid compared to others. They finished the job in a week, but they had to fix things that were probably overlooked because they were working fast. So, craftsmanship and attention to detail can be improved.

Tile roof was long over due to be replaced. Found this company and was impressed from the initial consultation/estimate. The owner, Ever, came prepared with proposals in hand for tiles and shingles based on satellite images of my roof. The proposals themselves were very detailed and explained what would be done, what's included and the types of materials that will be used. We spoke for at least an hour with Ever answering all my questions.

After getting a few more estimates, I decided to go with top roofing. The other companies could only provide me with tentative numbers and didn't have any proposals or samples on hand.

Costs will vary for everyone but for me, the cost was well worth it.

The waiting queue was about six weeks before they got started on my roof. Total work time took two and half days of work. Nestor, the field manager, and his crew were all great and professional. Totally impressed.

Upon completion of the job, did a thorough walk through with Nestor to ensure everything that was discussed got completed and without any issues.

Would highly recommend this small business for those looking to do roof replacements. Professional from the very beginning all the way to the end. Thanks to Ever, Nestor and Amy plus all the crew.
