We had a really great experience with Top Roofing. I had a lot of concerns about our roof (steep pitch, hard to access flat section, solar panels, historic district, etc) but Adir put all my worries to rest right from day one when he came out to check out the place. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way.

The crew did a great job and finished right on schedule. Friendly guys and always left the place clean at the end of the day. Their work is very professional, and the new roof has really made an impact on our home's curb appeal.

One other thing to note...I had a lot of difficulty even trying to get quotes from other companies who had high ratings on here. Many people who either never returned calls or texts. Top roofing got right back to me, Adir came out within a couple days, and gave me an honest quote. Even though it wasn't the cheapest quote I got, this is proof that sometimes you get what you pay for. I'm really glad I went with them. Again, big thanks to Adir, cause he made it an easy choice!

My small, rental standalone studio was desperately in need of a new roof. After getting other estimates, I chose Top Roofing because I was very much impressed with Project Manager Tony Paso's straightforward assessment of the roof's condition, willingness to negotiate a fair price on the job and concierge level customer support. As a new customer with a small roofing job, I was a little worried I'd be put on a weeks out schedule, but amazingly Tony was able to schedule me for the job in less than a week's time, easing any worry over possible rain damage. From initial contact, Tony engendered trust and a feeling of being valued as a customer, kindly guiding me through each step of the contract process. This man absolutely shines when it comes to customer support.

The roofers were able to finish the job in less than a day, did a really beautiful job, even going an extra step to provide a new covering on the facing of the building where there was a hole, but was not part of the job. The cleanup was immaculate. All in all very impressive.

Office Administrator Angel deserves special recognition for her friendly, helpful support with the initial contact scheduling and very patient, kind guidance with the payment process and her willingness to work with me when a small hitch developed - always with a smile in her voice. She absolutely fits her name...a real angel!

Our neighbor, a realtor, highly recommended Top Roofing, and she was right! We're so glad we went with them! From our initial contact with Ori Jacob, one of their team leaders, through the completion of the job, it was a true pleasure to work with them! Their prices weren't ""cheap"", but they were reasonable and fair, and the job was completed within a week, everything was done on schedule, on budget, and neatly, with daily clean up.

Moreover, the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful.

We have a large, corner home, with a large, complex roof with many unusual angles, curves, and challenges. They handled it very well and made it look easy!

We were worried about the multiple types of roofing our mid-century house required: flat, shingle, torch-down, etc. Moshe analyzed and explained everything in language we could easily understand, and gave us several choices of materials. Our project included re-roofing our main house, a guest house, and a detached garage and porch. All were done in less than a week, perfectly. We lived in the house throughout the project, and the area was left clean at the end of every day, with no mess. Could not have asked for better workmanship or quality of the job. Best of all, very nice people and a very good value.

I made an appointment for a free estimate and Roy came to the house, we discussed everything the job would entail and he understood what I was looking for and my financial situation at the moment after the passing of my husband four months ago.
He got back to me quickly with a very detailed estimate. He started the job two weeks after with an excellent group of workers. They came on time every single day, were very careful of the landscaping and cleaned everywhere each day after work.
Roy was always available by phone or text. And once work started he visited the site daily to make sure everything was addressed. I can't thanks him enough.
I can't say enough about the crew and the work they did.

I'm not one to write reviews, but my experience with Top Roofing was so exceptional I had to make an exception =)

So we were victims of the whole homeowners insurance crisis here in CA and we found ourselves having to scramble to find new insurance. Thankfully, we did, but after inspections we were required to fully replace our roof (among other things). And if we didn't comply, our insurance would yet again be cancelled. And to top things off, we were given only a few weeks to complete everything! Stressful times to say the least.

We immediately started calling around trying to find roofing contractors who would be willing and able to meet our aggressive timeline. Enter in Top Roofing. I immediately was connected with Adir and, from there, it was quite literally smooth sailing.

The first thing I appreciated about Adir (and Top Roofing in general) was the lack of gimmicky sales tactics. No car sales type negotiations, good cop bad cop antics, overpriced initial quotes, etc. Adir just simply came to our house, assessed the roof, took measurements and pictures, and explained to me what I could expect next. He delivered and I found myself already with a proposal. I narrowed my choices down to three companies, but ultimately went with Top Roofing based on everything I just mentioned (among other things).

From there, everything proceeded pretty much without a hitch. Permits, solar removal, old roof demo and cleanup, decking and fascia repairs, new roof installation, new gutter guard installation (upon request), inspections...again, smooth sailing (no nickel and dime-ing!). And what I appreciated most... Adir was my main point of contact the whole time! No handing off to someone else once the project started.

I can't say enough about Adir (and the whole team, in general). Extremely professional and friendly. Willing to do what it took to get the job done. Always responsive and great at managing my expectations. And ultimately, he and the team delivered a QUALITY product ON TIME! Everything wrapped up literally one day before the deadline. I sent over pictures and we're now fully settled with our insurance!
