I've been looking to get my roof replaced now for 5 months. I've had 6 different companies come out and prices have been all over the place. I also felt like I was dealing with salesman, trying to scare me into fixing my roof immediately.
Finally I found Top Roofing and they replaced my roof at a great price, using better materials than the other roofing companies. Roy came out, told me what I needed, and explained to me the process. He didn't try to use scare tactics to get me to move forward with the replacement. And was available to answer my long list of questions as I researched the materials being used. The crew doing the work was lead by Rolando who was just as helpful, and willing to answer any questions I had. He even did some extra stuff that I noticed after the job was done.
Over all the experience was great from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them if you need your roof repaired or replaced.

I had a leak in my roof and wanted to get it fixed before the rains. I talked to Moshe and he wanted to make sure I knew their minimum amount for a job because it sounded to him like a ""handyman"" type job. Regardless, he came out to give me a free estimate. He was very thorough explaining what he saw and what they were going to do. I got estimates from three other roofers before I decided on Top Roofing. Top Roofing was, by far, the most expensive of the four. Yes, you read that right, the most expensive. But I feel like I got more than my money's worth. They left my place clean and the roof looks amazing. I'll have to wait until the rains to see if the leak is fixed, but otherwise I couldn't be happier.

Working with Top Roofing was A+. Highly recommend! We had a few leaks in our roof and had been worried about the Los Angeles winter rains. We got 6 estimates and chose Top Roofing because of the quality of their work based on other Yelp reviews, their price, and because of how enjoyable and positive it was to work with them, especially Moshe!

Moshe provide the estimate - he was very professional and friendly and took his time to make sure we understood everything. The crew started the day that Moshe said they would and they were terrific. Gustavo and Denny not only worked incredibly hard for the whole job, they also went above and beyond and took some other trash/debris to the dump that we had from our recent move.

If you're looking for roofers who (a) charge what they say they will charge (b) show up when they say they will show up (c) do even more than they say they will do - you should choose Top Roofing.

I cannot recommend Top Roofing highly enough. Just don't even bother with anyone else.

We looked for a roofing contractor for more than one year. We couldn't find anyone willing to take on our 100+ year-old two-story home plus attic, with a relatively steep pitch. We had literally called with more than a dozen roofers. Only about half of those actually showed up to meet with us. Of those, only one provided a bid - but would not leave it in writing.

Top Roofing was the only company that not only provided a written bid, but showed us evidence of working on similar homes and agreed to work with architectural shingles, rather than standard asphalt. Their written bid was a little more than half the other estimate - and that company would only work with asphalt shingles. The decision was easy. In the end, the job was a little bigger than anticipated, but the bid remained accurate. Lior and his team did a great job, and the roof looks fantastic.

We got through the winter rains and wind with zero issues. Bonus, Lior had mentioned that the house would feel much cooler in the summers, after losing FOUR layers of shingles and replacing them with ""cool roof"" materials. Wasn't sure if it was a sales pitch or true. He was right. After a hot summer, the combination of the new roof and new insulation meant we had zero uncomfortable days -- for the first time in the 24 years we've lived here.

I had the BEST experience with Top Roofing! My husband found them through Yelp reviews and it definitely did not disappoint. We had Roy coming to our house he inspected the roof and gave us pictures and video of the roof and then explained exactly what work we will need, he was knowledgeable and very patience with my 100's questions. I decided to get 2 more quotes just in case and there was no doubt I would chose this company. The price, the service and above all the extra attention to details is what made this experience so great. During the whole process (5 days for full roof installation) Roy came and checked the work processes then he explained the next step, the workers were always on time, left the area clean after every work day and were very professional, our roof looks AMAZING! Look no farther this is by far the best roofing company you'll find! I will definitely recommend Top Roofing if you are looking for the top service.

Roy from Top Roofing Inc. was on time for our appointment. He provided me with an estimate on the spot and spent the time necessary to explain the process of replacing a roof. Roy's genuine demeanor and strong work ethic made me feel secure, knowing we would receive quality service. For that reason, we hired Top Roofing Inc. to replace our roof. Roy was patient and answered all of my questions; he responded to my text messages promptly. The roofers were professional and completed the project on time. Could not be happier with my new roof and every step of this process from the estimate to the work to the final inspection was a breeze! The price didn't change. The work was done in time and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Top Roofing replaced the roof on our 1925 Spanish-style bungalow. It was a flat roof and we replaced it with a Polyfresko cool roof material. As far as the material goes, the interior temperature is about 10 degrees lower on hot days (and we've had a lot of them recently) than it was before. What an amazing difference!

Yahav was our project manager and communicated with us throughout the whole process. The price was competitive and the crew did a fantastic job and rather quickly. One day removal of the old material, a middle day with no work for the preliminary inspection, and third day to put the new roof on. Inspections were scheduled and passed without issue.

In addition to the main roof section, we have one small section of Spanish tile over the porch that was missing a single tile -- they replaced it for free and did so with a used tile that matched the age and condition of the existing tiles so that it didn't stick out!

We had one minor miscommunication about a promotion, but Yahav and the owner handled it well and ended up giving me a better deal in the end so I feel very confident that they have the customer's best interest at heart. I also had a unique request for an itemized materials invoice for tax purposes, which they were able to accommodate.

Overall extremely happy. One minor thing that could have been done better was cleaning of our window sills after the job was done. The rest of the properly was left clean, and I just went around with one pass of a broom to clean up the window sills so it ultimately wasn't much of an issue.

I'd highly recommend Top Roofing going forward -- what a great project experience!

I'm in the middle of escrow on a new home I'm buying and needed a roof inspection. Marc was fantastic. He made the whole process of scheduling so easy. He was kind enough to offer free advice over the phone before I even officially hired him. When he did come in person, he was punctual, kind, and honest. He really was my absolute favorite out of all of my inspectors. I HIGHLY recommend hiring for your roof inspection needs! He'll give you an honest opinion.
