The Top Notch team was very professional and walked us through the entire process. Jason and Rich were extremely helpful and always answered my calls. The work started on the day I requested and was completed as per schedule. Rich made several visits before and during the process to ensure our expectations were met. I recommend you consider using this company for your roffing needs.

Jason and his team at Top Notch Roofing did a great job putting on our new barrel tile roof. They also tarped our roof so that no leaks continued while we were waiting for the tile. We were very pleased with the crew and how they were very careful and made sure the job site was cleaned up each night.
I would definitely recommend Top Notch Roofing.

I have an annual inspection of my roof done yearly and had received a preliminary inspection from my existing roofer but they said that they no longer do title roofing/repairs nor did they handle some of my other concerns about the roof. He did state that I had some potential decking rot and a missing tile.
I contacted Top Notch Roofing because I was referred to the company by one of my neighbors in Heathrow who just had is entire roof replaced. Boy that was a mistake. The company was quick to respond to my request and sent someone out to look at the property on 10/19/21.
The technician who arrived at the property took 34 pictures at the time of the inspection and I looked forward to getting a quote. In fairness, I thought she was thorough and I was allowed to airdrop these photos to my cell so that I could understand the bid once I received it. Unfortunately, I had to follow up after several days past (text and telephone) and asked both the technician and owner ( Jason Reynolds) when I might get something in writing. These communication events were on 10/20/21 and I was told that the information would be passed to the office manager on 10/22. I was also told by the owner that he would get with the technician and get something out to me. I thought I'd have have something the next business day. Nothing so I followed up late on 10/22. Each time I was assured that I would receive the bid. My final attempt to obtain a bid was on 10/25 to the technician. I stated that the delays were starting to give me a bad impression of the company and that I needed to have something by the end of business or I had to move on bc my roof was leaking. I was assured that my business was important to them and that I would receive something. Long story short, all I got was more run around I never received a bid or quotation for the scope of work. If they were never going to entertain the business opportunity or decided that the repair wasn't something they would like to pursue, a simple statement thereof would have been sufficient. No reason to B.S. people!
I'm over a week removed from their initial inspection and must find other roofing companies and begin the process all over. I just happen to pull out my Heathrow Living Magazine and there is the company's ad. What is very odd about the owner is that he states in his advertisement that he is a member of Heathrow and Legacy. If so, he should know the clientele and the value of these homes. We're not naïve. When you advertise in a high end community, word of mouth sustains your business with repeat roofing repair jobs and eventually a roof replacement or it can ruin your reputation if you don't meet expectations.
(Edit - missing image/documentation)
For those consumer that have any remaining doubt, I failed to attached a small sample of documentation in my initial review. First, an image pertaining to the text message(s) that I sent to the owner's phone number (a public record in the online listing for the business) on 10/27 and the replies that I received. These were just bf I posted my initial review. You can read the thread and draw your own conclusions.
(Edit - new interaction with business after review was posted)
Now, I'd like to draw your attention to the reply I made in the texts, specifically regarding ""living in a tent"" (see first attached image). I've attached another image of a Amazon delivery box that I received on 10/28/21 with a tent in it. The company's owner actually sent a tent to my address and called it a gift. Notice the company's name above my address (T Notch). This is unprofessional, being an intentional jerk and amongst other adjectives, a true reflection of the owner's poor decision making.
Any skilled and concerned business owner who is worried about reputation, saving face and reputational damage control NEVER digs a deeper hole for himself by doing something so unimaginable. Not even jokingly!!!! Have you ever had a business spend money and intentionally try to infuriate you more and go out of the way to do so? That's all you need to know about who you might be working with if you choose to do business with this company.
I might add that as an online reviewer, my online character is also important to me and I do have additional documentation, including a 10/27 text from the owner acknowledging that they screwed up and of course my final reply to the business. This text was after I posted my review!!! Should the need arise, I could decide to write another review and attached those images at a later date but I believe that the discerning consumer has a crystal clear idea at this point. While damning, I'll let the business owner decide if he really wants that information published.

I had a new roof installed while I was out of state. It was only possible because Brannon of TOP NOTCH ROOFING handled everything from the initial insurance inspection to installation of gutters and new skylights. He was true to his word on every aspect, going above and beyond as he worked directly with my insurance company to resolve any issues. I don't often write reviews, but this one was a must. Brannon was on time, responsive, professional, helpful, trustworthy, efficient, and provided customer service at a level that is rarely seen. A new roof is a huge deal and a potentially nerve-wrecking experience, but Brannon made it all very easy for me as the homeowner. Thus, I can recommend Brannon without hesitation. Frankly, this guy provided customer service that I never imagined still existed. A man of his word. THANK YOU, Brannon and Top Notch Roofing.

Top notch roofing was professional, responsive, did a class A job and helped my house sell before I ever took it to market. I am in Commercial Real Estate and have hired and worked with many roofers. Jason Reynolds and his team do a great job for a reasonable price!!!

I recently had my tile roof removed and replaced with new tile in the Alaqua Lakes subdivision by Top Notch Roofing of Lake Mary. They did an excellent job which was very impressive given the tons of concrete tile removed and replaced. My driveway and yard were cleaned daily. I definitely recommend Top Notch Roofing for even the toughest roofing projects.

Jason was referred to me by someone and I paid him cash to fix a leak and repair the damage in 2015 so I wouldn't have to go through insurance and file a claim. One year later (2016) I realized I still had a very major issue and began calling him back and couldn't get an answer. I even emailed him and requested that he call me back. Not long after MANY failed attempts, the small leak had opened up with a heavy downpour and I woke up one morning to a flooded bedroom/bathroom and it extended into the laundry and dining nook, so bad there was standing water. I they found mold (that had been there for a long time, was overlooked by Jason) and obviously had to pull out the same (insulation and drywall) that Jason I had just paid Jason to install one year ago when he had ""repaired and fixed"" the leak. This was over a $10,000 claim because Jason did a shoddy job and I believe he knew it which is why when I began calling one year later during rainy season when I noticed paint raising off the drywall.
If you are a single woman, I would be weary because we don't know what to look for to make sure it's done right when we hire someone to do a job. If you have someone in your house that can watch to make sure a job is done CORRECTLY and as they say it is done with no room to be scammed, then MAYBE consider hiring. I would never recommend this company.

Wow, Top Notch Roofing is a fit above the rest in my most humble opinion. I conducted my business with Jason, who kept me in the loop throughout the process. He was very attentive, kind, and considerate to my needs. Another positive was his ability to have a speedy turn around from estimate to job completion. Out of 5 estimates from different contractors, Jason was by far the best bid. He was extremely honest and upfront from the start, when he said, ""I don't get paid until you are completely satisfied"" he meant every word of it. His team worked on my roof a total of two days, one of the cleanup guys spilled something in my grass that killed it in that spot. I called Jason and he saw to it that a piece of sod was brought out and installed the very next day.
Thank you, Jason and team, I am extremely pleased with your work and candor. You have been stored in my list of contacts and I will be sharing your information with any and everyone who may need their roof worked on.

I echo previous reviewer.... the roof repair appears to have been done properly and price was very fair. However, don't expect good communication from the owner. Text responses are short and cryptic, if at all. I would really hate to have to ask him to come fix something that wasn't done correctly. I can see him being very difficult.

I had a wonderful experience with Top Notch Roofing...twice! The first was to redo the existing roof and the 2nd time it was to add a roof to an addition we did. The owners walked me through all of my options and made sure I was comfortable with the process. The crews they sent were quick, reliable and respectful! Highly recommend Top Notch!
