At 41, I have a wealth of experience. I started my roofing career at 16 in the summer months. The following summer, I continued in the same field. After graduating high school, I took on what many refer to as a ""real job."" Over the next few years, I juggled various real jobs, but being young, married, and with a child made it challenging to get by. I waited until I was let go from one of these jobs after an accident.
