I have 41 years of life experience. I started my roofing career at 16 in the summer months. The following summer, I continued in the same field. Upon finishing high school, I entered what some call a ""real job."" In the subsequent years, I worked various real jobs, but being young, married, and with a child at home made it difficult to manage financially. I waited until I was let go from one of these jobs after an accident. I got back into roofing as I looked for a new job. Before long, I realized I had a great chance and the understanding to one day equal or exceed the abilities of my mentors.
