I have 41 years of life experience. I began roofing at 16 during the summer. I returned to roofing the next summer. Upon finishing high school, I entered what some call a ""real job."" Over the next few years, I juggled various real jobs, but being young, married, and with a child made it challenging to get by. I held on until I was released from one of these jobs due to an accident. I re-entered the roofing industry while seeking another position. I quickly saw that I had a valuable opportunity and the wisdom to one day become as skilled or more skilled than those I had worked with.
