Im very impressed with Leor and his team.
First of all Leor came out and spent over an hour with me at my property. I agonized over the placement of the air handler indoor units and Leor was patient and worked with me until I was happy with the positioning.

I loved the brand and unit he suggested as it was one I had researched and wanted, so the fact he did not try to sell me a cheaper unit I was happy with. Leor puts quality first and also has an eye for aesthetic so he wont try to go for the easiest placement, instead he will work with you to find the balance between form and function, which really appealed to me over other quotes i received.

The quote I got was very fair after doing my due diligence !

The install was arranged for a day I knew my family would be out of town which worked out great. On install day his team (4 guys) arrived on time and quickly laid all the dust sheets down in areas they would walk which is always a great way to start ! The guys got on with it ! No fuss clean and methodical !

10 Hours later we were testing the System. Job done.
I will be nice and cool this season !!

The team at Top Energy Solutions did an amazing job at installing a new HVAC system on our roof. We got several quotes and Leor gave us a great price. We decided to go with Top Energy because of Leor's professionalism and great communication. He was very responsive with our questions and requests. We ended up having them also insulate our attic in anticipation of this summer's heat. His teams came on time and did both jobs as promised. No issues. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if our other HVAC unit dies (fingers crossed).

Can't recommend Lior and Top Energy enough. My 26 year old HVAC system kicked the bucket and I wanted to be sure to get it replaced before it gets hot since we have pets. I got quotes from several other companies and was between two, the other company became very condescending in the way they spoke to me when I asked questions on the necessity of some of the quotes items so I decided to go with Top Energy and I'm so glad I did. They were able to complete my install just a couple days after I signed the contract and even went above and beyond to make sure I got a specific color thermostat I requested.
