Very pleased with Top Elevation work. I have solar panels and had a bad bird problem. I heard about Top Elevation from Yelp. I contacted them and got a quick response. I was impressed with them using a drone to get an estimate. They provided pictures to go with the estimate. They did a great job on the roof and provided pictures. They were very detailed in their work and I highly recommend them. Over all great work and had a great experience with them.

I called Top Elevation Property Maintenance after the recent storm to clean my gutters. They were very responsive and were not only able to clean the gutters, but also identified cracked tiles, damaged seals as well as dry rot. Chad was very communicative, sent photos and even ran to the hardware store to pick up some screws that were needed for the job. The company does not deal with dry rot but they connected me with someone that does. This is a rental unit and I live out of town so it was amazing to have them handle everything for me without having to be there. I'm definitely filing their contact info away so I can call them the next time I need roofing help. Top Elevation is top notch!

Joe & the team did an awesome job on cleaning up the panel * birdproof our solar panel as well (bird netting). as a bonus, they clean up the gutter and fixed our drainage on the roof left by the builder.

I had 39 solar panels cleaned today by Joseph. He was on time (actually a bit early). He finished the job in less than an hour. He texted me a series of photos of clean, shiny solar panels. He inspected the roof, the gutters, the panel connections and found all in good order. Finally, he texted me a link to an online payment portal, where I paid via PayPal. The total cost was $150, a very reasonable price. I am a happy customer and I will be calling upon Joseph at least once a year to improve my solar efficiency.

NEED YOUR WINDOWS CLEANED?! These are the people to call. The representative I had was awesome. Chad - prompt, courteous and patient. Most of all my outside windows and screens are SUPER clean. Talk about a great job. I plan on hiring him for ongoing work. It is rare that you can find someone who does a super job.

We had an exceptional experience with Top Elevation Property Maintenance. We just bought a home with solar panels and they just were not working as well as we expected. We called Top Elevation out for a solar panel and gutter cleaning, and they came out ASAP.

They were upfront with us and told us even if they cleaned everything up, in a weeks time it would be terrible again because of how big of a pigeon infestation we had. They took photos to help us understand the situation, and offered an extremely reasonable rate to come and clean our solar panels, gutters, and roof, remove existing nests, clean up bird crap, and pigeon proof each of our 25 solar panels and put spikes along the roof to prevent the problem from reoccurring. We scheduled them to come out less than a week later.

They showed up on time, worked extremely hard and left incredible results. The whole process took about five hours. Our solar panels work so much better now! I will happily recommend them to every single person looking for gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and bird abatement services. Top notch, quality guys. Thank you again for all of your hard work, we are so, so impressed.

Very pleased with Top Elevation! It took them a few days to respond to my Yelp message but after that, everything has been a breeze. They were professional and very accommodating.
I had 4 bids for solar panel cleaning and they had the best rate, not to mention they were the most ""local"" to Brentwood.
They even went above and beyond and helped fix something on my roof.
I'm awaiting for their quote on bird proofing and gutter services. I'll definitely go with them!

Super happy with their work. We had them install netting around our solar and clean under and around, as we had pegions nesting. They came in completed the project quickly and sent before and after photos. We had expected to have a lot of pegion dropping in our pool...WE HAD NONE. They were very efficient and cleaned up after words not leave mess at all.
