Okay so the Freeman's (husband and wife dynamic duo) run this successful small business which I am now a huge fan. We needed our roof pressure cleaned as our HOA was on us to get this done. After doing some research on local service companies. I selected top Dog because of their promise and assurance to quality. And that they did. They committed on when they would arrive and did. They committed on the quality and far surpassed that. They cleaned up everything and even washed our entire house, making sure there was no residue. Highly recommend this team. this company, top dog pressure cleaning, is terrible. save your money. don't hire them. they were going to seal our driveway. instead, after they pressure cleaned it, our driveway was ruined. they don't know what they're doing.
terrible. unprofessional. matt doesn't know what he's doing. don't hire this company.

They came over to pressure wash,fix some pavers that had sunken and paint my pool patio.
The ONLY thing that came out good was the pressure wash. He said he fixed the sunken in pavers but after a couple months....they were in the same bad shape. As far as painting the pool patio ,he said,""oh this paint will NEVER come off"". Guess what is peeling!!!! I would never have him do ANYTHING at my home again. If there was a zero rating,that is what I'd give.

You can believe all the positive reviews. I had Top Dog pressure clean and seal my driveway a year or so ago. They were so great, then I had them clean our roof. I will always call them because they are honest, give a great price, and do a great job. Matt takes pride in his work. I wish every company was like this.

Matt did the best work! Our house/roof was a bit more than he bargained for but he stayed and finished the job! We are so happy with his work. Our neighbors said it looks like we bought a new house! His service also included the exterior walls and sidewalk. I can't wait for family, friends, and neighbors to see our ""new"" house.

Top Dog Pressure Cleaning did an awesome job on pressure cleaning my roof. The whole process was smooth. Carly contacted me quickly with a reasonable quote. She scheduled me for the following day. Matt was very detailed. When he arrived he covered my plants so they would not be damaged. He cleaned the gutters and pressure cleaned the roof. My roof looks New!!! Before and after pictures attached. I am Extremely Satisfied and will be using them again in the future. If you need pressure cleaning... this is the company to call!

Matt was awesome. Great attention to detail. To be honest with you, I thought he had painted our brief white, that's how great it looked. Will definitely use these guys again and again. You won't be disappointed.
