So it starts out I bought a house in Melbourne, after hearing the roof life in Florida is 15 years, I contacted Rick Leiman to inspect the roof, he inspected the roof of 17 years old and said I could get another 3 to 4 years out of the roof with minor repairs if storm damage.

I opted for the best way to prevent a bad situation, I live in California so I scheduled with Rick to replace my roof on a schedule before I went out to Florida, he not only completed the job as per our scheduled date but was in full communication with the Property Mgmt, city & myself.
Rick not only did the work per our Contract but he modified a roof flaw from when the house was built in 2002.

I also had Rick repair my covered stand alone patio cover, for an additional cost,he is a stand up guy with great prices and integrity.
Excellent quality too.
