Took off my roof and then it rained. Needless to say my house was severely damaged. They took care of it. My neighbor used them too. His roof leaked. They eventually came back and fixed it. They come through in the end and fix their mistakes, but I would rather not have to deal with the mistakes to begin with. I would not hire again or recommend them.

I was a previous customer and called them to replace my damaged roof. The sales Rep that came to my house was pushy and wanted half the money for the replacement roof up front. I had to point out to the Rep that according to HIS contract, payment was due when the job was complete. Why I had to point that out to the person pushing the contract is beyond me. Got a phone call from the Rep a few days later. Materials will be delivered on Thursday and new roof go on Friday. Friday no workers showed, Monday no workers showed. I had to make calls to them asking where the workers were. Tuesday workers showed and replaced the roof. Wednesday I get 3 phone calls wanting their money. And after no calls saying the workers were delayed. The workers that are not Tony's Roofing employees did a good job. I would have preferred that they had not taken a 2.5 hour lunch break.

I wish to commend Robert Rodriguez of Tony's Roofing for his professionalism in every respect. He alone fixed the ridge vent and the drip edge in the front of the house. On my 30 year-old plus roof, he laid and repaired multiple shingles throughout the roof and eaves, ensuring that each was secure and for me cosmetically beautiful. To quote: ""We will fix it until the customer is happy and satisfied."" They mean this as I was very particular. My roof is beautiful and the best looking I have seen.

I would also like to state how well Javier S. worked with me so that I could have the finances cover my roof.
