Tony, and son Philip, who are so wonderfully personable and professional, recently completed a new roof for my mother-in-law in Goleta, CA. Tony's tear-off crew had the 2500 square foot roof cleared in less than a day. Then the next two days were devoted to repairing some locations, installing the felt, metal work, and new air vents for better ventilation. The roof looks fantastic with 30 year Landmark shingles, the attic is venting better, and the project carries a five year warranty for workmanship.
