Do not use this roofer. We began working with Tommy in February. It is July and my roof is leaking worse now then when he began working on it. He returns phone calls only with consistent persistence on the part of the customer. We gave up trying to get him to finish the job we hired and paid (in full) for and hired another roofer. If you want a roofer who works in a timely manner, and does quality work then this is NOT the roofer for you.
Update: after yesterday's rain our new roofer was up on the roof, he said there is a half inch belly in the roof Tommy installed filled with water. That is what we hired him to fix.
Tommy also said that he would repair the damage to the new ceiling, no follow through on that either.

Requested an estimate - he was late for appt.., did not call to let me know. He had done the previous work, poorly, supposedly guarantees his work. Told me he would have estimate to me a week later. Now almost 2 months later, nearly daily phone calls to his secretary Susan, still no estimate. Explains why the roof still leaks.
