I have made numerous calls to Tom, (owner operator). He no longer answers his phone. He promises to show up and never does. He doesn't honor his hand written warranty.

I reported an issue with the asphalt shingles when the roof was about 17 years old, (50% life). After many weeks of constantly reminding him to show up. He did when I wasn't home. He said he took pictures of the problem but would never show me. He said he would handle it. Fast forward 4 years later. The roof is much worse. He refuses to peven provide the manufacturer so I can get resolution.

I would stay clear of this guy and his business unless you want to be left hanging.

I was introduced to Up on the Roof through my realtor during the time I listed my home for sale and a problem came up during the general inspection. Tom had to cut out an area of the roof where it had dryrotted from a previous leak that was fixed by another roofer. Having a clay tile roof, there is always a possibility of cracked tiles when someone walks on it. But, his skillful crew was able to navigate without causing any tiles to break. I had Tom out to also work on a rental property to replace four skylights that had blown out from a storm. Again, the response time was quick, the job was well-done, the workers were neat and tidy and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend Up on the Roof to any homeowner that has a roofing problem.

Charge me $5000 to repair my roof and when it was still leaking did not come out to repair it. I had to contact another roofing company to fix the job.
