Tom Perkins Roofing will be my choice for any future roofing needs. I have three houses on adjacent properties that required new asphalt shingle roofs. Two jobs were only re-shingling, and the third required additional decking work. After doing some online research, I contacted Tom about the jobs. He visited the properties and assessed the jobs and worked up estimates and a plan. We agreed on a contract, and his crew arrived on site soon after. 

Tom has a wealth of experience and knowledge in roofing and other areas. He is a very personable guy and great to work with. His assessment and planning was done with high quality work at a fair price in mind. I was comfortable working with him and having him do the roofing jobs. His crew is quick and effective at what they do. Tom and his crew leader insist on proper roofing procedures to result in attractive, well built, leak free results. The crew completed all three houses in just four days. The roofs look great and the crew did a good cleanup after the jobs. 

I heartily recommend Tom Perkins for roofing.  It's not like working with a business, it's more like working with a friend.

Tom Perkins was the first roofing contractor I called due to location of my house. I also call one other one that was recommended by a friend of mine. Tom had plenty of knowledge of roofing and the amount of materials it would take. After receiving both quotes, I chose Tom because of his price. He and his guys did everything that they said they would. He explained every step, all of the removal of the old roof, the prep to fix any issue with the wood, the protection on the wood, the roof stages and venting, and the clean up of and around the yard.

(One of the other contractors had gotten terrible online reviews, incidentally; when we were researching potential contractors, we were shocked at some of the nightmare experiences that people related in their online reviews... So we were pretty nervous about the whole enterprise.)

As soon as Tom came over to bid the job, we knew we had found the right guy. He gave us a great price, which included WAY better materials than the others had quoted. Moreover, he and his fantastic crew transformed our entire roof in only three days, and as they cleaned up after the job, they left our decks, and our yards looking much better than before they had arrived.
