Jerry, of Tom and Jerry, came out for a roof repair related matter ( on a Sunday) that I've experienced for several months. The general contractor on my build had come out 4-5 times for the matter and claimed that he caulked, however my roof continued to leak inside the garage. He never identified the source of the leak.

Conversely, Jerry took a more comprehensive approach and evaluated every potential source of the leak, rather than simply looking to the roof. Not only did he identify the potential source of the leak, he also inspected several other areas around the home, including several of the exterior windows. He provided professional advice and A solution for where water was entering through a window seal. I did not expect this level professional service , because generally, a company will focus on what they were called for. I'm so appreciative of his quality inspection. Moreover, he didn't and wouldn't charge me for the service call... although inspections are free, the additional advice was invaluable. Thank you, Jerry! I would definitely call them again.

I had several boot flashing and nail pop leaks, and rotted decking under one of the boots. Tom did a thorough inspection and provided a competitive price quote. I had a few questions and spoke with Jerry on the phone who answered all of my questions.
Jon arrived at the house a few days later and did an excellent job. He replaced the rotted plywood decking and all the boot flashings with careful attention to properly seal the areas with high quality underlayment and no exposed nails (loose nails were the source of the leaks). Jon bagged up all the damaged components and nails, and hauled the trash with him. Jon explained the repairs to me while he was doing the work and answered all my questions.
I highly recommend Tom and Jerry's Roofing for their high quality repairs, responsiveness, communications and fair, competitive pricing.

Great quality and value. Jerry explained the issue and why the issue would keep happening with our roof (Builder went cheap and didn't do it right). Had them fix the roof and they did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and even fixed a concern after with no push back. Will gladly use them in the future and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

We had a wet spot in the ceiling of our second story laundry room and had this company come out to do a free quote. Guess who showed up...it was Tom himself, the owner. I was not expecting this and he did a great job explaining everything and what his plan of action would be, including any potential costs that he couldn't be sure of until they started the work.

Fast forward to about 2 weeks later, when they hadn't pressured e to do the work, but rather sent a detailed invoice and simply asked if I wanted to schedule something. They did the work in one day, it was a different guy than Tom this time, but. Tom stopped by and the work was done correctly and leak in the roof is now fixed. I appreciate the honesty and clarity in these guys' work.
