Tom was very responsive when I called for an appointment and had someone out very quickly. He was very personable and explained all the work that was needed on my gutters. He also did some additional repairs on my roof. He also provided pictures of all the recommended repairs. His prices seem reasonable and saved me money compared to what my gutter cleaners recommended. So far the repairs seem to have done the job. I highly recommend Tom and Jerry Roofing for more than just roof repair.

I had some trim that was rotting on the front of our house and couldn't figure out where the water was coming from (gutter, roof, etc). Tom and Jerry's came out quickly, diagnosed the problem as nails that were through the flashing, fixed the area, all at a reasonable price. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING and I will be working with them for any and all future roofing needs.

I will admit I hate dealing with home repair chores. I will wait as long as humanly possible fore I do them. If my house needs painting I will delay until the HOA threatens to take me to court before I move my dial. I will wait until I have a small swimming pool in my living room before I get a leaky roof fixed. Here is why. In my home repairing career its always a hit or miss for me. Either its fantastic or its a total disaster. I don't know why that is but this seems to be my fate.

This goes for gutter cleaning. I used the same guy for years and then one day he had the nerve to retire! Now what do I do? So I called around and found a guy. He seemed nice and had good reviews on google. After making an appointment-he didn't bother to show up. Then I called to ask about the appointment-he said something else came up and wouldn't be able to make it! Thanks for telling me after I waited 3 hrs for you!

So its a total relief to find Tom and Jerry. Not only do they answer their phone on 1st try (no pushing 1 to make an appointment, 2 to speak to a specialist and 3 to get lost) but they actually show up early for their appointment. How about that! Tom is not only a super nice guy but a total pro! If you need house repairs-give them a call. They will save you from tons of aggrivation and frustration. Thanks guys!

It was a pleasure working with this company. I called them after a rainstorm identified a leak in my roof due to some bad work done by another roofer. Tom came out in the rain and inspected the affected area. He quickly identified a few problems and within a day, I had an estimate and pictures of the area needing repairs.
