Julie C.I needed someone to look at my deck roof that was falling down. I contacted TM Roofing, their employee came out and looked at my house roof and said he would like to get my insurance adjuster out to look as he thinks I have a hail damage claim and I could get a new roof and the deck roof would also be fixed under this claim.
Insurance adjuster came out and said no really any hail damage. What? TM Roofing was trying to file a hail damage claim that was not warranted nor what I asked them to do for me.
Their guy came out again to look at falling deck roof, called another guy to come over as well. They did not diagnose the issue, my son did. Thankfully my son had put up supports on the deck, as this company was NO HELP AT ALL!
The employee told me he would get with his boss and work up a quote for the deck roof repair. I have yet to receive the quote. Too late now.
I am so dissappointed in this company and will NEVER call them again.

UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted 5 times in 20 mins because they didn't understand how they could be wrong. I rest my case. Pushy!!!
