TM roofing inspected my roof when I bought my house and quoted me for repairs. I then reached out to get him to come and do the job and had to chase him down for a phone call. Then he gave me a date he would come 2 months from when I initially reached out. Never showed up or answered any texts / calls there after. Waste of your time, find someone reliable

Manny ended up showing up on my appointment day. He was late, but showed. I was very upset because of the lack of communication. He heard me out and was very apologetic. Once we cleared the air, he inspected my property and we moved forward with the job.
He was very thorough, nice and respectful! He was also very professional and understanding. He completed the job and took pictures of the work that was being done since I wasn't home.

Manny came out to inspect our roof. He gave us a reasonable quote and didn't try to up sell what was needed. First he reviewed everything with us, then he took photos and measurements of all the problem areas. He submitted his quote to us promptly. Highly recommend.

Manny and his son Carlos really helped me out. We had two small leaks in one area of our roof after a massive wind rain storm in the area. This was a small job and it is so hard to get someone to do a small repair in the mountains. I got their name from my neighbor who was doing a remodel and who was also impressed with their work. Price was reasonable. People were nice. And, hopefully, work will be good during next rain. Also, they warranty their work. So thankful to find this contractor.

As it turns out, after I paid Manny he has failed to resolve a warranty issue with loose boards on the chimney. Making matters worse, 3 times he said he'd fix it on a specific day and 3 times he failed to show up. Covering warranty is as important as the job itself.
