Horrible responsiveness. Won't give a quote or answer phone. Poor service.
Asked for a quote to get roof replaced. Nothing for a week, so called. Uh, can you send address again? Ok. Sent. Nothing for 2 weeks and then won't answer phone or reply. Don't they want business?
Wouldn't trust that anything would be done right by these guys that f they can't even give a quote.

This Company replaced the roof on my Eagle River home in February of 2020. We discovered that the area around the skylight leaked. I contacted the company to report the leak and see if they would fix it under warranty. No one would return a call. I ended up paying a different roofing company to fix the leak. The new roofers reported that the flashing around the skylight had not been replaced when the new roof was put on.

T&M Enterprises has been on the King's ""Round-Table"" of Vendors with the Title of ""Knight"", for years. Only vendors that are 100% with my subjects, achieve that status. Truly, Matt bids quickly, comes in at budget, on time, works with my sellers, and leaves a quality looking roof. Hard working guy. I think he and his crew would say, ""We built this business!"" I believe he is starting on our 5th roof of the year this week.

My company has need doing business with T&M Enterprise since 2005 on multi-family building roofs. Roofs have been shingle and torch down. The will be doing 2 more build roofs this year. When the owner Matt Loews give you a quote, he give you cheep method to just get by and the best solution. Then you can see the difference in cost, to make a good decision.
