we were grossly misled and lied to about the cost of our solar panels. after the completion of the work, we received notice by their finance company that the amount financed was $12,000 over what we were quoted by the salesman. the salesman also represented to us that we would be entitled to a rebate of $3000 through dwp which was also a lie. when we called titan upgrades about the additional charges, we were not given any explanation and were told that they will contact the finance company and inquire about the additional charges. we never got a call back. we left them numerous messages and our calls were never returned. we also contacted their finance company/pace funding and our calls were never returned. there are many honest and credible companies, titan upgrades is not one of them ! they have defrauded us and we recommend that no one does business with the future.

Titan Upgrades was excellent from start to finish. Tait was very good with explaining what system would be best for our house. Armen showed his professional experience on making sure the job would be successful. Nelson and Jose were wonderful with completing the job, installing our new system in 3 days. Everybody was very professional and wearing their face mask doing this Pandemic. My family and I really love our new Air Condition and Heating system. Titan Upgrades is a wonderful company and would be highly recommended.

The whole team was friendly, polite and easy to communicate with. They answered my many questions along the way and finished our job quickly. They installed new heating/ air conditioning unit, took out all old ducts and installed new, upgraded our electric box to accommodate our new air conditioner. Very happy with their service

The installation of our roof was a little over a year ago and everything went well. NOW, I need a vent installed in my new roof. I've given the project manager a week to get a date for the roofer to come out and I've just been getting the run around. No response to my communications or just an ""ok"" response. This is concerning because what if I had a leak or something needed to be repaired? Is this how customers get treated after they've already got your thousands of dollars?

Titan upgrades did a fantastic job on the removal of my old roof and the reinstallation of my new roof. The removing of the solar panels that were on my house and then the reinstalling up there, Great job. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have a roof or solar panels removed and repaired.

Update....Titan did compensate me for the damage they do which was nice, but then the first time went went to turn on the heater for the winter, it blew cold air. They did get somebody out there within a couple of days who really knew what he was doing, but apparently the original installers didn't test it like they were suppose to, so right now, wouldI recommend this company? Don't think so

My experience with Titan was pretty good, from my salesman Mike to my project manager Armen. They all we're very professional. The roofers came and did an amazing job. My roof looks awesome, best looking roof in the neighborhood. Overall I would recommend Titan to everyone that is in need of a new roof.

Titan Upgrades is truly amazing. We went from individual AC units in every room to Central AC in a measly 3 days. We even got a sliding door with a doggy door for our pups. Armen was very attentive and involved from the very beginning. Darrin was also phenomenal, he didn't try to push us on any product instead what he did was give up every option even positive and negative for each and let us make a decision based on our needs. The Titan upgrade family is for all families, and anyone who is wanting to either get an AC, roofing or solars and much more and a good price and with a trust-worthy efficient and professional company. I was very thankful to find this company. Because my air conditioning broke down on the hottest month. We do not have an AC working, it was very Miserable . Now this company give me hope again.
