Unfortunately I need to revise this review downward. I still would rate the Titan installation, pricing and customer service as 5 star. The issue was one of warranty service by a third party vendor of the manufacturer, Simonton. Overall the product was very high quality. The only issue was a small gap in one of the seals that could allow water in. The warranty was submitted immediately after install. But the warranty experience has been terrible. A technician came out to replace a pane and did more harm than good. Mike from Titan and the Simonton manufacturer rep came out and agreed another install was needed. Now, four months later, and after several phone calls and emails, a second tech (who is much better) arrived with a third pane but needs a new seal to complete the install. We are hopeful that it will be done after the next visit. To Titan's credit, they are not in charge of the warranty work and have been diligent and frustrated by the ongoing issues and very responsive to the extent they can be. I would definitely use them again.

We had Mike out to provide an estimate a few summers ago after receiving an astronomical bid on replacing 23 windows from one company and another mid-range estimate from a different company that just didn't feel right. I believe we made the right choice selecting Titan for the job as well as the window type which was the Milgard Tuscany. They did a great job taking down the old windows (several broken and others filled with condensation) and putting in the new windows once they were in stock. I felt that Mike and his crew were honest, respectful and concerned for providing both a quality and cost-efficient job. I would highly recommend them and have to many neighbors! A few years later, we are still extremely pleased with the windows!

The replaced boards on the fascia are not flush against the roofline and are not caulked at all. There was no offer to fix this, we will have to have it fixed ourselves. Yes, I hesitate to pay for a job not properly done, however, we paid you over $11,000.00 for a small less than satisfactory job. Yes, half of that was payment for the windows.

Wow! I was so impressed when Mike called me back within minutes of my yelp request and then he told me that what I needed was not his services. He offered three explanations as to why my windows were leaking, none of which involve his business. I really appreciate the fact that he offers not only services but information. Bravo.

Just had Titan install a beautiful new sliding door to replace the french doors from previous owners. From my initial inquiry, all the way to the end, these folks really know how to take care of their customers! I cannot express how satisfied and happy I am right now! The door looks amazing and I can tell this will last a lifetime! I'm super excited!!

If you have a small job don't bother calling this company, they have a minimum which is s full side of s one story house. My house is 4 sides brick but I wanted them to bid out redoing my chimney. I'll give them 3 stars for fast phone response, nice website and friendly emails. Too bad I could not find out if there service and workmanship was just as great. I guess they make enough on bigger jobs. I would of appreciated a recommendation from them of who to call for smaller jobs.

Titan was my first experience with replacing windows. While I got the windows in a quick time frame, I have concerns with the installation process, mainly taking out the old windows. Glass was everywhere and not cleaned up adequately. I am still finding glass outside under the windows, in the street where the trailer was parked and, my daughter stepped on a shard today in her bedroom. This is not acceptable. I have since used a different company to replace more windows and the process was absolutely free of debris.

Titan recently removed all of our old composite and vinyl siding, replaced it Hardie, and painted it. Wow! Looks great, like coming home to a new house each day. The crew we had was led by Steve and Juan, who is really skilled. Titan's crew did a great job of making necessary repairs as they uncovered them, installed the siding according to manufacturer specs, and was respectful of our space. They showed up when they said they would, and they did a thorough job of clean up at the end.

-1 star because they nailed holes through our roof to support their scaffolding and then ""repaired"" it with bigs globs of some kind of clear epoxy. When I asked Mike (company owner) about this, I was told it is ""standard industry practice,"" and instead of addressing the concern in a professional way, I was told that ""no one has ever complained about that before."" Another roofing contractor assures me that nailing holes through perfectly good shingles is not at all standard industry practice. The painters painted our back door closed, but we were able to get that unstuck and then they painted it properly. Also punch out was on a Friday and done in a very feverish, rushed manner.

But overall the job looks great, our home is much improved, and good contractors are hard to find, so I'd likely hire Titan again for a similar job.

My wife and I were ready for our next big home improvement job and we had been planning for months. We were looking to replace all of our windows and siding on our house (built in the mid 90s) and after an extensive search, we decided to go with Titan. Ultimately, they provided the best price, product, and warranty we could find anywhere. The service was some of the finest I've seen for any type of contract job. Everyone from our sales associate (Chris), to the guys facilitating the job (Mike), to the actual employees doing the work were outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the way Chis answered my numerous pre-purchase questions early on. He came by a couple times to talk through various scenarios and answered calls regularly when I had questions. Getting the final measure was a breeze and getting all of the stuff ordered went smoothly. I was also thrilled with the way Mike came around after the job was completed and walked me through what was done, maintenance, and how to properly use my new windows. He was patient with his explanations, even when I asked questions that I'm sure he's heard a million times. I even recorded video him giving me the demo so that I could share it with my wife later as I was sure to forget some of the details. Just a great, all around experience.

The team was able to problem solve tricky situations as well. For instance, I have a lanai that I installed myself on our back porch. They were able to take it off, slide it out, install the windows and siding, then move it back for me with minimal effort/oversight.

Despite weather difficulties (we had a week's worth of rain hampering our home improvement efforts), the guys came in and did a bang up job not only with the installation, but hauling all of the materials out, etc.. Due to the wet conditions, the job took slightly longer than anticipated, but the communication was good and they gave it a try every time there was a break in the weather.

I appreciate that MIke and the team are looking to build a long-term relationship with their customers and want us to contact them should I run into any questions or issues they can help with. They're truly a professional crew that knows how to install quality products at a fair price. I highly recommend them for both siding and windows.

I wish I would've taken pictures of our house before they installed everything because it truly feels like a night and day difference. It has definitely impacted the curb appeal of our house and feels more modern, better lighting, etc.. I'm thrilled with our investment thus far.
