Titan Siding, Windows and Exteriors

Probably one of the most long overdue review EVER... but maybe that is better ? We hired Titan for both siding and window replacement I would say more than 5 years ago ... maybe almost 10. So yikes, don't know why I picked now to finally post a review when this company is probably the most satisfactory hired work we ever done of ALL of our home improvement projects.
They replaced more than 20 windows, converted two windows to big sliding doors, redid and repainted all the siding and fascia Not cheap at all. And even now we are happy with their work!
I heard of them via a co-worker rave review where they saw their neighbor's window replacement workmanship and liked their work so much that all the other neighbors he told me ended up hiring Titan.
I probably would have stressed 300% more during the bid process without already having the recommendation from co worker. We are the most confrontation averse ppl and almost always regret hiring out for things due to shoddy work. My husband has learned to do and tackled a lot of very complex home repairs himself due to this.
Sure enough we selected this unicorn, they were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.
Even almost 10 years now, I remember Mike the owner being always there, hands on, doing touch ups and talking to us. Hubby and I were even thinking 'Hmm, does he do this for all clients? Who has that kind of time? Is he guilting us to give good reviews?' LOL. He never did ask us to put a review anywhere.
With the finished product, I remember thinking 'Wow, this almost feels like a new house!'' And just smiling a lot for having that refreshed feeling, and relief from the money well spent without the usual buyers remorse we experienced after paying a lot for services.
At the end of the day though - it should be the workmanship, the level of communication, follow through that should warrant a good review. Those and the quality that can only be tested through time - admittedly I really pushed the envelope on that. (who goes back 10 years later to do a review update on Yelp)
I guess I am stressing over finding a good bathroom Reno guy now and wish I had a Titan counterpart for that - which prompted me to put out this review. I am not exaggerating at all how impressed we were and are with Titan.

This was actually a very good experience. Titan team were professional at all times. They came to the house several times to make sure we were getting the best product for our house as well as measuring all the windows. The installation crew was super and efficient. I highly recommend Dennis and his team. Stiles (sales team) was very good at explaining all of the options and differences between the windows. In the building arena today it is hard to find quality service, Titan was the exception and I highly recommend them.

Could'nt be happier with the outcome of my complete new siding project and the new look of my cottage. The workmanship of the entire siding and paint team was outstanding.

Very good experience working with salesman, owner, and the crew. We got two sides of house redone in hardy and the entire house repainted. Salesman was easy to work with and provided good information. Work crew was great doing demo, install, paint and cleanup--no complaints. Mike the Owner and Josh the Crew Chief came out more than once to check on the job and make sure we were happy. Definitely recommend this company.

We just got our windows installed this week and they're gorgeous!! What a difference!

From the start of the process this company has been amazing. Lamar was so awesome, helpful and answered all our questions. We knew it was a little bit of a wait time, l before the actual install, but I was hoping with such great reviews and very reasonable pricing it would be worth the wait. Mike, the owner, was even personally in touch to make sure we were updated on the status of the windows.

In the end, it was most certainly worth the wait. Dennis and the crew that installed were great! They worked so efficiently, we're super friendly and did a great job and cleaned up everything.

We are so happy, thank you all for making our first window experience be a fantastic one! Would highly recommend!!

Nothing like paying a lot of money on windows to have the crappiest caulking job done around the exterior. The ""fix"" for this was them touching up the trim with paint that they didn't even leave for us to fully paint the trim with. Whatever they did to our bathroom window left the windowsill loose and no one has came back to fix it like we were told.
If I had known that ""we put the good caulking guys on the inside and the not-so-good caulking guys on the outside"" - seriously, that's exactly what he said - we would have passed and chose a company that uses ""good caulking guys"" on both the inside and outside.
Unfortunately, Titan is just a reminder to us as to how miserable working with contractors can be.
I highly recommend choosing someone else for windows. I'll update the review after I find out whether or not we ever receive a replacement for one of the broken screens.

Titan did a great job on our house. We got three quotes for windows, siding and paint and Titan was the most reasonable. There was quite a wait for windows (supply issue) but once they were ready things moved quickly. They had a full window team come in and complete all the windows in less than a day. They completed all the siding in 3 days and then painted in one day. Each team (windows, siding, paint) had a lead who was easy to communicate with via phone or text. The supervisor came by to double check the work. They came one final day to do a more thorough clean up and final touches. I highly recommend Titan

We used Titan for window replacement and new siding. There was a long delay, due to windows not being ready but this was not Titans fault. I received regular emails updating on the timeline so all was good. When the crew came to put in the windows, they did a very good job and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. The siding crew came next, and again, they did an awesome job and left the yard spotless. Finally, came the paint. We had picked colors from a brochure and the trim color was not as dark as we expected. Mike, the owner, called and asked what we wanted to do. I asked for a day to look at the colors and he said ok. He was very understanding and patient. In the end, we stayed with the color that they brought first, but Mike said he wanted us to be Happy with the project and would get a darker color. The best part of this is that they do not ask for any money down. This tells me that they run their business correctly, not expecting customers to float their projects. I would not hesitate to call MIke again, should a new project pop up. Do your research and get several bids, but make sure Titan is one of them. Also remeber, you get what you pay for. Cheers, Joel

Easy to work with, fair pricing. I got all the siding on my house redone. They got me a quote quickly with a very competitive price. They actually started the job earlier than scheduled but I assume that's abnormal. The work was done in a few days, quality is good and they took care of a couple small adjustment requests I had after the work was done.
